We were booked through booking.com for mid July and guaranteed with a credit card. Hotel cancelled with no warning. Trai. Tickets had already been bought. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed not only with Una Lodge but also with Booking.com

My son and I stayed here for a couple of days skiing. The room was small, but cleverly designed to make use of that space (including sufficient space for hanging clothes) and very well appointed in a modern alpine style with. The bed was most comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with a large walk-in shower, good size sink area with plenty of shelf-space. The balcony was an excellent additional space too, with a table and chairs. The small breakfast/bar/reception area was cosey and equally well furnished/decorated. The locker room had heated boot heaters and sufficient space for the hotel guests. The breakfast was excellent and we were allowed to use the room to eat our take-away food. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. The hotel is directly opposite the La Chable cable car and train station, giving direct access to the Verbier ski slopes. You can park either in the hotel’s parking area or the main station car park. By staying in La Chable you avoid the slow drive up to Verbier and having to park so far away from the town centre. The small town has several restaurants offering take-aways too, supermarkets and banks.

We stayed at the lodge for a ski weekend getaway. The instructions for entrance were clear, as we arrived later. Our room - small but functional was cozy. The breakfast is great and we got even into the mini-sauna.

Stayed Dec 2020. The location was just in front of the gondola and train station. It has parking which was great. Breakfast was continental (no hot dishes) but good quality. Wifi worked fine. Sauna was closed due to covid, but outside jacuzzi could be used by max 2 persons. The terrace from the room was good space. No minibar in the room, but the breakfast room (there are only 2 floors) had an honesty bar where you could take anything and pay at check-out.

We had a three night stay at the delightful Una Lodge and were really impressed with the quality of accommodation and the great location, a stone’s throw from the cable car to Verbier. What really made our stay so special was the fantastic service and attention from Lucy and Molly who provided a great breakfast. In addition, they were so helpful and knowledgeable about the area with advice about where to eat and answering our many queries about the ski area. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to return!

Just spent a week in Una Lodge with Molly and Lucy. What a lovely experience it was! Friendly and Warm welcome from the hosts who were so accommodating throughout the entire week. Rooms were beautiful and immaculately clean all throughout the week. Amazing Location, you couldn't get much closer to the lifts! The 2 hosts were wonderfully helpful during the mornings with any questions we had about the resort, Verbier Town or Chable Village, as well as offering to book restaurants for us or get us in touch with the Ski Hire and Ski Schools! Breakfast every morning was beautifully presented and Molly and Lucy would always be happy to cook us a hot option. Perfectly poached eggs every day! I'm not sure how they poached them so well, I even asked for their technique to practice at home! Perfect week in a beautiful lodge. Cannot recommend highly enough. Koslov

We stayed four nights at Una Lodge and will definitely recommend this B&B. Very welcoming, very comfortable beds and superb breakfast. Close to the lift so perfect for a Few days skiing. The bubble lift worked well in the evenings, a drink after skiing and is working until 7.30pm. The bus service is very good also if you want to stay in Verbier for dinner. Really lovely place.

Just returned from 5 nights at Una Lodge and could not recommend it highly enough! The accommodation is very well presented, clean and modern. The location at the bottom of the ski lift made it perfect for us to get on the slopes first thing in the morning and easy to get to Geneva airport. The hosts are exceptional and Tom provided us with great knowledge and guidance to have an outstanding few days eating, drinking and skiing. Will be back for sure!

Was recommended Una Lodge from a friend who went out last year, it did not disappoint. Amazing transport links, super clean and such good fun. The sauna and hot tub were a lovely touch, and the bar and kitchen area was well thought out. Will be telling all friends about this one!
