Crawling over to the barn to see Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys, cooked Chicken Fricasse and Martha cooked the most delicious Dirty Rice.....Drinking Hurricanes and Bloody Mary's , not to forget Strawberry with Rum Chatta for Dessert..... Best Mardi Gras in the World is at Lakeview Beach and Campground in Eunice

This is a great campground for families! Nice laid back atmosphere, fun beach and fishing pond for the kids. Barn Dance with a live band for the adults on Saturday night. We will definitely be going back!

I was anxious to check out this place, so much so that I took a detour off I-10 on my way home to Austin just so I could get an afternoon swim in their fresh water pond before getting a good night's sleep. I guess I didn't read the fine print on the web site that says that THEY ONLY...

This is a very nice, clean park with very friendly staff. There are trees in most sites, but there is nice parking along the lake without trees. There is ample big rig parking with pull through sites. The staff cooked cuchon de lait for our large group (pig on an open spit) with white beans on rice, good salads and...

Zero noise control! Quiet hours are at 10:30pm but in 3 nights we haven't seen that observed yet. Not to mention the live music on weekends until midnight. Supposedly dogs are not allowed to roam - pffft. No rules were enforced here. 6 people max to camper - not so much (there was 9 in the camper next to us)....

If you want to park your rv in a crowd, drink nonstop and let your kids roam in the dust, this is the place. The owners are very nice and very helpful, but the clientele attracted is not what you will find at a typical rv resort. This place is packed with folks who are there to let their hair...

We came to attend the Etouffee World Championship Cook-off with friends. Roads are a bit dusty but we enjoyed our stay. Our site was away from the office by the lake. Friendly staff, nice spacing between sites, 50 amp full hook-up worked great, fairly level and long enough for our 45' plus towed, laundry facilities are older but working, didn't...
