It was something out of the 50's. Calking was cracked and dirty around the tub, commode was old, carpet was torn, etc. We should have known better because of the low price; however, it had a 3* rating, so we decided to gamble. It was a big disappointment. At the very best, it should have had a 1* rating!

My husband and I chose Shreveport to celebrate his birthday which happens to be New Year's Eve. We wanted to go to his favorite casino, Margaritaville, but were very disappointed after finding out that we could not get a room because they were invitation only. I saw that this hotel had a 51% discount and rooms available so with some...

I unfortunately booked this hotel through Travelocity and just saw the hotel was 3 stars and close to the location I needed. In order to get a "deal" I did not see the name of the hotel until after I booked. I will not make that mistake again!! If I had known the name of the hotel I would have...

Stayed overnight for a concert in Bossier City. The low cost of this place should be a red flag. When we drove up I immediately knew this was a mistake. The place looked more like an old, run down apartment complex. There were people walking the parking lot that looked like it was their "hang out" place. I have nothing...

I guess if you stay someplace enough times you are bound to have a bad experience. I have stayed at this location several times over the past 3 years and normally have a favorable opinion. Not this time. I checked in on a Saturday afternoon. That was the only part that went well. I asked for a non-smoking room that...

I had a reservation at this hotel for one night while driving across country. The area was grungy and rundown-looking, so I was a bit skeptical. But the lady at the front desk, whose name was Christian, was excellent. She gave me my card key and directed me where to park. She took the time to tell me about the...

Stayed overnight after flight to Florida delayed because of storms. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Airport shuttle was nice but was allowed to leave my car at the hotel for $5 daily, cheaper than airport parking.

No problems checking in! Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The rooms are a little dated but were fine for our short stay. The only problem we had was the battery in the door key unit was going out and it took forever to get our door open each time we came back. Also, the bed sheets...

We just need a cheap room to crash in, and this fit the bill. Room was clean and comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator. They have free Wifi, which is always a plus. I don't know how good this would be for an extended stay, but if you're just looking for a no frills, budget room it's pretty hard to...

I've rated this hotel before. I've stayed here 3 years in a row. They have an outdoor pool that is open which is rare in a budget hotel. They have a 24/7 restaurant with good food on the premises. To top it off they have a karaoke bar that's on the premises. It's not the Ritz-Carlton but for the money,...
