As with any hyatt place hotel, coffee lovers need not apply, the coffee at this location was un drinkable, terrifying would better describe it. I've never understood how holiday inn can offer free coffee 24-7 but hyatt place who tries to sell themselves as a hotel for business men and women charges you 2.50 per cup. The room was clean...

Used points for the room so cannot complain on the room rate...my biggest gripe was the breakfast, very limited choices and not enough food served in comparison to the amount of people staying there, they were also slow to refresh food and clean tables.

I was only delivered towels once during my entire week stay I have to go to the front desk multiple times for bath towels. The TV would work for...

Rooms were clean. Had a seating area and a small office space. Beds were nice. Breakfast was very poor, stale food. Appeared to be powdered eggs. Nothing was very appetizing. Bought Starbucks coffee, but server didn't know what she was doing.
