When I booked my room the amenities listed a hot tub/jacuzzi tub in the room. This was not true. Upon entering the room there was an awful mildew/mold odor. The furniture was stained, the side of the refrigerator was rusted and dirty, the carpet in the closet was fraying in 2 spots, the carpet throughout the room felt damp, there was a large ball of hair in the floor (not mine), there was a strange reddish spot on the sheets and the ice machine in the fridge did not work; there was no alternative ice machine. The dishwasher was full of dishes. Front staff was polite and "buffet" breakfast was adequate. Will not be returning.

This hotel refuses to fix a water leak that I have been complaining about for 2 months. Notified staff, general manager, and urgent care about this situation about mould (growth) on the carpet by the air conditioner by the sliding door. I HAD TO USE MY DISABLED DAUGHTERS PADS TO SOAK THE WATER UP. The general manager lied to me and my wife's face swearing he was going to clean and fix this problem. My wife has been put on medication. THIS Is FAR FROM OVER!

Goodevening, First let me extend my sincerest apologies for your experience thus far. It is always of utmost importance that we take care of our guest. But in response to your review, I'd like to say that we've sent our Maintenance Engineer to your room at least 2 times to repair your issues and address all room concerns. We've also moved you while our Maintenance Engineer worked on your room to keep you comfortable. Upon his last visit to your room he discovered not a A/C leaking, but rather water getting in from your patio area due its design and structure on days with heavy rain. Currently, we are looking to see what other accomidations we can offer you.

if i could give it less the 1 star I would where do I start first I used 6000 points to get a better rate first mistake thought it was a nice hotel. Second we arrived and they gave us room number 145 they told us there would be luggage carts at the front of the building there was not. There is also an issue with access once we got a cart we still had to unload from the car as there are steps down every entrance so was unable to load the cart by the car. once in the room the damp smell hit us immediately we tried to open a window no good so we sprayed with Lysol and put the fan on in the bathroom this helped a little but still smells bad. we decided to go to the front desk to ask for a different room the person there a male was not very helpful but did change the room to another part of the hotel so we thought wed check it out first then see. I also asked if we got more towels as the was only 2 bath towels nothing else in our room he said this was normal I have stayed in many hotels cheap and expensive they all had full sets of towels. When we went to the smoking room they had a full set of towels in there so he was lying so we took them from that room back to our damp room plesae do not stay in this hotel without reading this review Well this room was even worse it was full of cigarette smoke.

Rooms/kitchens are super old. TVs are fairly old too. Rooms smelled a bit and one had a leaking AC, soaked floor. It was sketchy but not filthy. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was mediocre but free…

Two TV’s neither worked,room had 50 yr old furniture paint on carpet rooms resembled a room from the “60”s. Paint on carpet,2 tiny towels, no kitchenware. Door had huge gap in frame. No security locks in hall’s. 2air conditioners that shut off at night. The worst place I have ever stayed. No even close to pictures on web site. any a piece of kitchen ware, totally disgusting.Had to give 1 circle

Staff was pleasant and that's the only good thing about this hotel. Looks decent in the lobby which makes you think the rooms are ok.... everything is outdated and doesn't function properly...more like old school apartments versus a hotel.

There were multiple roaches in hotel. Breakfast was served cold multiple times. Entire place smelled of marijuana. Only cleaned room once in 5 days. Entire place is going downhill very fast. Needs better management.

Within walking distance of corporate sites. Great restaurants nearby. Loved the private balcony. Quiet and peaceful. I was able to walk to my business meeting. I loved the setup - outdoor sports, pool.

My grandson & I spent 5/20 &21/2022 at this absolutely Nasty place. The reviews are not true of this property & the Photos Are all Fake. Room was nasty, 2 TV'S which neither of them worked,paint all over the carpet,Horrid Beds, Air conditioner shut it self off & it was beyond hot in room. Carpet,sofa & furniture nasty. Absolutely nothing to use in kitchen,no dishes,cups or silverware & utensils. Our door didn't even close properly could see outside between door and jamb. 2 towels and nothing esle no trash can or even trash bags. Found out today when I checked credit card the hotel charged me $14.97 Reservation Fees & the hotle rate is not cheap but over $200.00 a night for a Rent By Hour NO TELL MOTEL. Absolutely Disgusting and the photos on the web site are all Phony room stunk like an old basemment. I don't know who they got great reviews the place is absolutley Disgusting.Stairs only never found an elevator horris for person that can't walk too far. We had to wait until Sat evening to try and get TV's fixed, ENDED UP SLEEPING WITH TV IN BEDROOM ON ALL NIGHT SINCE WE COULDN'T SHUT IT OFF. Absolutely disgusting and pool was very over clorinated.
