I would sleep in the car in a rest area before I stayed here again. Dirty and worn with tile broken in the bath. I would be ashamed if I was Wyndham to have my name on this property. The room is stuffy and the bed is the worst I have seen in a long time in a hotel.

Stayed at this location many times when it was Best Western and never had an issue. Things have changed! The property itself was messy. I remembered the grass would stay nicely cut, and the parking lot was inviting. The hotel needs attention inside and out. My room was very stuffy, floors and bathrooms were not well cleaned, and the bed was very uncomfortable. This will be my last time visiting. I am glad I didn’t spend the extra money for a suite. Strongly considering checking out early.

Stayed here many times when it was a best western. It’s not the same. TV didn’t work, ac was loud and kept me up, Black out curtains were a foot too short so the lamppost shined light into my room all night, health club was out of operation, bathroom was dirty, carpet needed vacuuming, breakfast was not very good. Other than that it was a lovely stay. It’s turned into a low budget hotel.

My first room was a standard double room. Problems of first room consisted of broken bathroom sink, missing knob on fan controller, sizeable red stain on blanket, oddly bad smell. At 2:00 a.m., there was a noise issue because the walls must be thin. The next morning, I reported all the problems and asked if the manager could call me. She never bothered to call, despite the fact that the lady working the front desk said she would contact the manager.I switched rooms to a suite. The second room was nicer, but still had a huge bug smashed on the bathroom floor. After that second night, I left a written note at the front desk of all the problems; it was not until after the third night that I demanded to speak to the manager because she never even attempted to speak to me. Other problems include the outside pool was absolutely freezing cold, plus the last morning that I went to the buffet line, therre was a short (about 3 inches) dark hair stuck in between 2 breakfast patties. Sick. I was so disgusted with this hotel; it is shameful. I will not stay here again.

Miss faith H at the front desk was amazing from the time I reserved the room to the time I checked out. She is one of the reason why I will return! Now the rooms need to be better cleaned and make some updates to items in the room.
