Rooms great, food great, all great but guess what, they are robbing everyone with zero grease. The place ought to be ashamed with such crap payouts, taking old folks money laughing at the same time. Nothing, absolutely nothing is fair. I bet their hold is 40 precent. Do yourself a big favor and head somewhere else!! Or take your money and toss it right in that five. Come on manager, quit screwing all your guess!

Very nice room. Lots of space and good view. Quick access to the casino. Parking was free and our motorcycle was secure. We enjoyed the casino. Breakfast at restaurant was a little slow but food was good.

This was an okay casino and hotel experience. The valet gentlemen were very nice. The hotel and casino itself were nice enough. We decided to grab supper at the sports bar type restaurant when we arrived. The food was not bad, however the service was lacking. Once our order was taken, our waitress pretty much disappeared. Overall, with the exception of the valet gentlemen and a bartender at one of the casino bars, the employees of the casino and hotel were not very helpful at all and seemed disinterested.

We stayed in the casino hotel for the Marc Broussard concert being held onsite. I was close to rating this property as excellent but a couple of things made me change my mind and rate it as very good. First it is not in the best part of town although I do think the casino property was safe and secure. And second, parking was a pain in the rear. This was on a Friday night so all the self parking areas were packed. So we decided to utilize the valet parking and it took about half an hour to get parked. Come to find out they had one poor kid parking cars. So we were a little more forgiving about the wait. And the kid was very professional and apologetic. The hotel was very nice and well decorated. And very secure which we appreciated. Our room was nice with one exception, no fridge! What year is this again? No fridge but they did have a digital tv display on the bathroom mirror. A cool but pointless feature lol. We walked through the casino on our way to the concert venue and it had the typical type of restaurant and shopping options that you will find in most casinos. We had quick entry to the concert venue which had both a standing area down near the stage and stadium seating as well. I would guess the capacity at around 1200 to 1500. We sat in the stadium seating and could see the stage really well. And it was a great concert. If you like blues, rock, or soul music I highly suggest you see Marc Broussard. He can flat out wail and had a great band as well. Overall we really enjoyed the concert and our stay here.

This is a wonderful hotel - Our hotel room was beautiful, the check-in process was easy with friendly service, and the hotel has good in-house restaurants. We also enjoyed the casino. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.
