I had to ask the front desk for water glasses, and then asked where the ice machines are located. No ice machines. She told me to look for the ice cube tray in the fridge. DIY Halls were dirty as well as the elevators. Sheets were worn, but seemed clean. Wouldn't stay there

Extended Stay America host were kind and courteous. We failed to include a very important item left in our room and the hotel worker was kind enough to return the item., We were informed the item could not be mailed, but would be held until a near relative could pick it up.
