My wife and I stayed one night. It was a little more affordable than the Hilton across the street. Nice sized room. Clean. New decor. Service from the front desk was good. Good location - walking distance to downtown attractions. A bar/restaurant in the ground floor - though we did not try it. Good basic room for the night.

My wife and I spent one night here while I was in town for an event, and it was nice. I had read a few reviews that were critical of the place before I came, and I thought twice about staying here. But those concerns were unfounded based on the positive experience we had. Nice valet and front desk staff,...

My husband and I wanted a qwick get away. We chose this hotel because of it's location to the river. We were pleased. The staff is wonderful and kind. The hotel is located in a historical building so the rooms are a bit small. The room was clean and the furnishing were nice. There are bikes in the lobby to...

The Hotel Indigo is well located and the rooms are fine but service is nonexistent. We are traveling with our 2 small dogs and require a mini fridge for their food. We made multiple requests to have one sent up to our room. Each time we were told they are "looking for one" yet no response. We are in Baton...

The hotel is located by the river and is close to Third Street. I didn't have a view of the river, but I'm sure there are rooms that do. The room was small and I did struggle with temperature control for the duration of the trip, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Oh what a wonderful place. From the moment you walk inside the doors the friendly staff as well as the atmosphere catches your heart. The hotel was so clean and quiet. When you get to your room you are greeted by Blue dog artwork at your door. The beds were very plush and I slept the best I had in...

Room was small, but comfortable. We had a sideways view of the river. Room had wooden floor. Mattress was comfortable. The lobby area seemed a little worn and not quite clean enough. Staff were polite and efficient. Be aware that there is a $16 charge for parking. There is not much nightlife downtown, but there is a nice walking path...

This boutique hotel has the best customer service of any hotel in Baton Rouge! My only complaint is that the rooms are small, but this is typical of any hotel downtown. Everyone from the valet to the front desk to the bartenders to housekeeping aimed to make our stay enjoyable ! Jeremy and the entire team was incredible!! Super clean...

Cons. 1. The young lady receptionist who checked me out was unprofessional, and seemed extremely lazy, uncaring, and just made me feel like I wasted her precious time while she was checking me out. I asked her if the bicycles near the doors were for the hotel guest, and were the guests able to ride them at night ... and...

The people made our stay fantastic! We were in Baton Rouge for a convention. Even though the hotel was filled with lots of other convention-goers, we received excellent service with a smile! They stowed our luggage for us until mid-afternoon when our convention was over. The valet service was also fast and also kept the car until we returned in...
