This is a beautiful facility especially when compare to typical highway chain hotel. It is a pretty good value. The rooms are spacious but room furniture is sparse and slightly outdated. Lobby is beautiful.

The motel is really first rate with a pretty good breakfast. The museum is really quite special too. especially all they ask is a contribution and is worthy of one. The museum animals are for everyone but children will especially enjoy them. The cross collection upstairs is more for adults and a tremendous collection.

We stayed at this hotel after a long day of driving - we had seen the billboard for it and decided to check it out - it was SO nice! The suite that we rented was reasonably priced (Hatbox suite), and very spacious - with a separate bedroom and sitting area with a fireplace. It also had a dining table... More

Enjoyed our trip to Williamsburg. The room was clean. The continental breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, home fries, cereal, danish, bagels, and fruit. My daughter and niece enjoyed the indoor pool. We all enjoyed the wildlife & Cross museum. We will definitely stay here again.

The foyer is magnificent! Marble and very elegant. The room was fine and we found the desk staff very helpful & courteous. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant. The food was only average and the clientele was primarily college students who were loud. The museum was quite a surprise. We had no idea how detailed the wildlife were... More

First time staying here and it was awesome! The lobby is clean and on a small "grand scale"..very inviting, very impressive. Staff was cordial and helpful. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was clean and the tub drained well instead of having to stand in water as happens in some hotels. Also, the remote control for the television... More
