Had a fantastic stay at this Bed and Breakfast. Carol was an awesome host the entire time and made me feel very welcome. After checking out some local bourbon distilleries, ventured over here in the early evening to wind down a bit near the pool area - the views are spectacular! Stayed in the Tiger Lily Suite and the room was extremely clean. Breakfast was French toast with berries and bacon - delicious and a great way to start the morning! Simply put, top notch all around. I hope to return sometime in the future!

Property's Favorite Review
We concluded our “pandemic roadtrip” amongst the safer Midwest states with a visit to pastoral Springfield, KY. We wanted to do something special as we were celebrating our 20th anniversary. We found the Wildflower Inn’s Rich and Carol to be warm and worldly hosts with an amazing property that they share with lodgers and like-minded artists. The Inn is a classic and well-maintained antebellum mansion from the 1870’s. They have decorated the Inn with beautiful antique furniture along with their own unique and colorful art. The rooms, while luxurious were still very comfortable and very functional for my wife and daughter. My wife loved the art and history of the house. She also appreciated the beautiful gift basket which Rich and Carol put together for our anniversary using local artisan products. My daughter most appreciated the large pool out back and the sumptuous waffles served for breakfast. This multi-talented couple, while relatively new to the area, are well informed and enthusiastic about central Kentucky. They have a great property and have a wealth of local contacts in the arts and trades. I don’t know whether I would recommend visiting for the stay or for the great home-cooked meals they serve. Just go there for the amazing overall experience! We loved our short stay at the Inn and hope to return when we do a more focused trip on discovering KY and TN.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness of the entire premise, the accommodating hosts and the food made our stay a "10". We stayed in the first floor room, a luxury room to say the least! It was well-appointed, completely quiet and lovely. The views from the enormous bathroom were beautiful. There is a soaking tub and an enormous jetted shower with multiple heads. Complete luxury and relaxation.

HitherandYonwego — We loved having you both with us for a couple of nights. It was really nice getting to know you. I hope you were inspired by the details at Wildflower Ranch Inn for your own home restoration project. Good luck with that. See you next time — maybe with your sister.

First off, props to my wife for finding this Bed and Breakfast. Since we have been in lock down since March 2020 and had a baby in June, we were in search of a much needed mental reset. Homeschooling two kids while raising the newborn has been a lot and we decided to take some us time and have the Grandparents watch the kids and dog. Thankfully they accepted and to the Wildflower Ranch we set out. Rich and Carol provided a top notch experience that will be with us forever. Often I heard people say "Ohh the pictures don't do it justice" and that is exactly the case with the Wildflower Ranch Inn. Only when you arrive and walk through the front door, do you truly appreciate the beauty in this home. It is a massive home with grand entry ways into every room. All of the furniture and artwork through the home is top notch. Rich provided us with some great history in the area and things to visit while we were in town. This along with the background of the property and their venture to get here made it a very rewarding experience to be sitting in their home. Carol made some of the most delectable food for us during our two night stay. (I'm sure Rich helped LOL) We stayed in the Blackberry Blossom Suite, which was so breathtaking and grand! It made us feel like royalty sitting in such an elegant suite. The attention to detail in this room was awe inspiring. From the massive closet to the heated floors in the bathroom that is the size of our whole downstairs in our home. The light switches and blinds are even of high quality, its these devil of details that brings a gently touch of modern class to the historical home that tricks you into wondering what era you are in. We lucked out and were the only guests during this time, while it would have been nice to chat with other guests to see what brought them to the WIldflower Ranch Inn as well, it was really nice to just take a breather from life and get some much needed relaxation. We stayed in February and there was a nice dusting of snow, which provided a surreal quiet ambiance to the luscious rolling hills. I could only imagine how ideal this property is during the spring/summer with the pool open. We would like to come back with friends and rent out all the rooms to have a relaxing vacation. If you are looking at staying here, you are already on the right track. Go ahead and book it, you just can't go wrong. The home is amazing, Rich & Carol are great hosts and provide a perfect experience with amazing food!

Rich & Carol are very gracious hosts! We traveled to pick up our finally finished Ambassador Barrel from Maker’s Mark distillery. Our room (Tiger Lily) was huge and extremely tidy. The Wildflower Ranch Inn is conveniently located in the heart of the Bourbon Trail so it’s a no-brainer to stay here. After a day of distillery touring we had an ice bucket and glasses waiting on us in our room. Breakfast was made fresh each day and was absolutely gourmet level delicious! It was very nice to stay in such a serene location. Thank you for your hospitality and we will be staying here again on our next trip! 10 out of 10, highly recommend for your stay 👍🏼
