This is absolutely the worst campground I have ever stayed the night in. There’s a sign upon entry that says quiet after 10 PM. This is far from what happened. College kids and drunks partying there all night until 3 o’clock in the morning and then dogs barking through the rest of the evening. The bathrooms are filthy. Their website boasts a stocked fish pond to fish in which is nothing more than a moss covered puddle. I would not recommend this place to anybody who wants to relax and enjoy the gorge . This is only for people who wish to party way into the hours of the evening and hear loud Harley Davidson‘s rumbling down the road all night long. Camp somewhere else if you want an enjoyable evening. The staff is friendly however they do not enforce their own rules and they are nowhere to be found most of the time. I would never consider camping here again ever

This was our first trip with our new Travel Trailer. It was me and my husband and twin 2 year old boys. The staff was very friendly and nice. We didn't use the shower house but did use the bathroom and it was clean. There was an area for fishing at the pond if you like fishing. We also discovered the best little creek for my boys to hop in and throw rocks....they thought it was the best thing! There was also a baskball goal. We really enjoyed our time here. There is only 2 things that could have been better. Listed on the site is WiFi but it did not work. I know this isn't important to some but with 2 two year old boys they needed their tv at night! LOL! The other thing was the grass wasn't cut at all the sites. It would have looked so much better if the grass was cut. We will visit this campgroud again!

The location is excellent for access to the state parks for hiking. The sites were postage stamp sized and there was a jockeying for an available fire ring and/or picnic table. Our power did not work and the “volunteer” appeared to be more interested in his “set” for Karaoke than assisting us. He said “try another one”- Thankfully the people next to us shared an outlet. The bathrooms only had toilet paper Friday night. It should have been evident to staff as patrons now strolled to the faculties sporting a roll of “bring your own paper!” The showers were unusable and looked like a crime scene of dirt and neglect. Not sure about quiet hours, but the “volunteer” belted out Karaoke until 11:30pm and throughout the day did sound checks and a few songs. It was hard to hear my husband around the fire due to the level. We would have never booked a place that did Karaoke. We camp each weekend, but this one is in need of management that is able to basically maintain the facilities and save the Karaoke for at home so the patrons can enjoy the perfect location. The guests were friendly.

Wish I had read the reviews before we went. Took my grandchildren, was hoping for a weekend out in the country. The campground was astoundingly loud. Manager had a karaoke sound system blasting as we pulled up and it did not stop until midnight on Friday. Saturday was worse. Several campsites had their own stereos that were full volume. No quiet time is posted and no quiet time is honored. Fine for a party crowd, lousy for families. Add to it, no hot water in the bathrooms, which were not clean, no paper towels and the hand dryers did not work. I DO NOT recommend this campground for families.

Nice campground. Was able to pull through with 27 foot camper. I Mistakenly booked a 50 AMP site. Owner graciously loaned an adapter. Nice and flat campground. Was easy to book a site for the date we wanted while all other campgrounds in the area were full. Will visit again.
