We stayed in room 120 at the Hemlock Lodge and I can honestly say it needed some serious updating. Furnishings looked like something from 1982 and the bathroom was terrible looking. The bathtub was dirty looking and the toilet looked like something you would see in gas station bathroom. There was rust on the floor and around the bathroom door.... More

We didn't stay overnight here, but stopped for two meals and enjoyed them. Good buffets! They seemed a bit short on help, but the servers did the best they could. Prices were very reasonable. Gift shop is also nice.

Location is the best thing but the room was really nice too. We had two double beds and a balcony which I believe is standard on every room. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to pick up the trail right behind the lodge and then having a pleasant place to spend the rest of the afternoon. The... More

My family and I visited Natural Bridge on Sept. 2, 2016 and enjoyed each minute there together. This stop was fun and educational for my children ages 3, 5, 8 and 9 and a beautiful scenic stroll of nature and history for my husband and I, mother and grandparents ages 81 and 82. The shuttle down to the bridge was... More

My family wanted to go see Mammoth Caves so I decided to put this as a stop over for our trip. We stayed 3 days here. Mistake should have stayed longer. There was so much to do in the area, swimming, canoeing, hiking, bird watching (not me but there were a lot of them around), etc. The cabin we had... More

I went to the Natural Bridge State Resort Park on a day trip during my stay in Lexington and really enjoyed it. If you like hiking you will find beautiful trails and great scenery. I would recommend going early in the morning before it gets too crowded so you can enjoy it most.

My family enjoys going to State park Inns when we can, it's usually a little more costly but it adds a little to the experience. So to start off every piece of paper and email I've got since I made the reservation says (Natural Bridge State Park Lodge) when trying to find this place every sign says (Hemlock Lodge) ????... It was ok, the people at the front desk were all really nice. The room is a little dated and the place must be settling a little. Every door in the room dragged and didn't fit quite square. Room 152. The AC was off when I came in and the room was a little musty until the AC finally got... More

The lodge was full & the restaurant close to closing time, so the ladies at the desk found us a room in a hotel down the road while we grabbed a quick dinner. The food was good, because it was so late, we just ate the buffet & salad bar. There was a decent selection & the view was lovely.... More

We stayed here for two nights, and loved the fact that we could get to all of the trails right from the Hemlock Lodge! We stayed in room 113, which was pretty quiet (we requested it to be quiet.) The restaurant was super busy on the first night, due to the First Friday seafood buffet which is a huge regional... More
