By using my choice rewards points I was able to get a 2 queen bed Suite. Our stay has been very good and the staff and housekeepers are excellent at their jobs. I recommend this Hotel to anyone who would like to stay here. The have an excellent hot breakfast.

I had a king room on the 4th floor. The room was larger than expected! The bathroom had a walk-in stand up shower. The water pressure and temperature was decent. The hotel is kept pretty clean. I saw employees sanitizing main spots everyone touches. Breakfast is still being served at this location, but it's scaled down to pop tart, muffins, juice, coffee, yogurt, & oatmeal packets; which in their defense, COVID-19 people! What did you expect there to be? Also note, if you really don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel, they are located a couple mins from just about anything you can imagine, i.e. Waffle House, McDonald's, DQ. I'll definitely stay here again when I pass through on trips!

Traveling with a dog we just received from the death of a loved one. Havent ever stayed at a Sleep Inn although i stay frequently with Choice. I have stayed a pet friendly location before that had terrible beds and stinking rooms. This is NOT that. This place looks and smells like a non pet friendly hotel. Its in a kind of quiet culdesac away from road noise. Room was quiet didnt hear any neighbors even loud clanging doors in the morning or night and they were at least moderately busy. Modern and comfortable our room felt very clean, no weird odors or even stains on carpets. Staff was especially friendly, courteous and professional. Recommend for pet owners and non. Would stay again. Several dining options within walking distance.

I stumbled upon this place in passing. I then looked on line to see what others experience was like. I can't tell you how WONDERFUL this place truly is. From the minute we walked in the door it was like being at home. The staff that works there represent in such a great way. Once we got into our room we still failed at finding a fault. Our room was huge and very clean. It smelled fresh and was very neat. We found everything needed for a nights stay right in the room. The morning we left we could smell breakfast being cooked when we stepped into the elevator. We only grabbed coffee to go but I did look around and everything looked really good. I even noticed country ham! When we checked out the two ladies at the desk were very nice and made sure we were satisfied with everything. This is a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Couldn't ask for better hotel staff that go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, welcome, and special. Loved coming into the hotel and seeing their smiles and being there for you. Shout out to Jen, Kelsie, and Ashley for all their help and kindness during our stay with my family. The staff are all sweethearts and were excellent with my two boys. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and nice. The beds are extremely comfortable with some fluffy pillows that help you sleep well. Breakfast has many many options and Ms. Mary will greet you with her beautiful smile and makes sure you are leaving with your belly full. The pool is heated and feels like bath water. I haven't seen a more clean pool area for you and your family to swim and make lots of memories. Overall I would give this hotel a 10 out of 10 and couldn't have been more impressed and felt like at home. If you are looking for an EXCELLENT, CLEAN, PET FRIENDLY hotel this is the hotel to be staying at.

I had booked a 3 day stay at the hotel next door, turns out they only had me for 2 nights. Every hotel for 50 miles around was completely sold out. It was a long shot I would find anything so I went in and a very nice American English speaking young lady named Sherry waited on me. I told her what had happened to me at the hotel next door and she smiled and was not surprised, I’m guessing this sort of thing has happened before!! That is another review. Anyways being desperate and needing a room for the last night of the event that I was going to be there. Sherri checked and there was only one room, it was the most expensive room in the hotel. Sherry knowing that I had no place to sleep Friday night got me that room at a really good rate, she saved me from sleeping in my car!! TheSleep Inn & Suites was cleaner, nicer, had a better atmosphere all around. I loved the walk in shower and basically everything about the place. You won’t find a better hotel in the Shepardsville area. Local people not foreigners working there and they speak English thank God!! I would stay there again, I will stay there again and I would recommend Sleep Inn & Suites to anybody who is staying in the Shepardsville area.

I didn't really know about the Spark properties in the Hilton family until this stay. They are supposed to be a budget choice, although this one was about the same price as a Hampton. I liked the pared down look of the rooms. There were plenty of plugs for all your devices. The shower in the bathroom had a great design, allowing you to shower without getting water on the floors. The location is surrounded by shops and restaurants.
The negatives were that the bed linen had an odd odor. I never saw anyone at the front desk (I did self check-in). The hotel advertises free breakfast, but people should know that this breakfast is VERY limited. There was no hot food. I could not eat one thing they offered, which was quite disappointing.
Because of the breakfast, I probably will choose another hotel when I'm in the area. However, I imagine that this hotel would please many.

We booked six rooms for 3 nights. Every staff member we encountered was polite and helpful. All of the front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating. The assistant general manager, Sherry Robinson, was very helpful when I originally booked the rooms back in June to make sure all of our needs were met. She was also at the front desk during our stay and made sure everything was going well. We will definitely stay at this Sleep Inn again when we are in the area visiting family.

Good, perfectly adequate for one night passing through Kentucky. Arrived about 7 PM, I had selected my room previously on the app check in was easy, but my room smelled strongly of mildew and there was a dehumidifier running in that room. The desk quickly found me an alternative Accommodation which was fine. Your room was clean. I especially like the walk-in shower. The evening desk clerk was doing, triple duty, washing towels, checking people in and keeping the coffee bar stocked, a hard-working, pleasant person and an asset to the property. Breakfast was essentially bagels or yogurt or both, but there are numerous fast food places, nearby offering meat and potatoes.

We stayed there for four nights while attending a family event. We had never heard of the "Spark" Hilton brand before but we gave it a try, and we're glad we did! Room was very spacious, plenty of lights, outlets with USB ports, excellent WiFi even without paying for premium connection. Roll-in shower was very roomy, and oddly, we never got the floor soaking wet when using it. A few suggestions in that regard; consider a slightly longer shower head hose when it comes time to replace it; allow the shower head mount to be higher when needed for users who are not using the shower seat; and keep in mind that when using the shower seat one cannot reach the shampoo/soap dispensers mounted on the wall behind the seat. Breakfast was basic but fresh, all items kept refilled and stocked, coffee always ready. Staff at all levels was friendly and efficient, even if we were just passing them in the hall. Would definitely stay at a Spark again and hope this one was representative of the chain overall.

We do in-fact still accept pets. The pet fee is $25 per pet, per night and we allow up to 2 pets per room. At this time we have no designated floor for pets. Room assignments would be based on availability.
