    I love this hotel we always stay here when we travel. The rooms are clean and usually really quiet. The staff is very friendly. I especially like the extra amenities of a discount at a nearby restaurant and extra touches at the breakfast bar like almond milk and 3 types of cereal. The coffee machine in the lobby is always available.

    On our way to Florida.
    Wonderful stay at the most accommodating hotel. Staff was amazing, room was comfortable, clean and came with a good price. Wanted to bring our very heavy and expensive bike rack in for safety. Told us in the phone we could bring it to our room then Bailey called us back and had checked to find an easier way for us to store it over night. They not only allowed us to store it in a lower level storage room that they locked, but carried it in and out for us and refused to allow us to tip them both times. Great place. Great staff and manager.

    Very Clean & Friendly Staff
    The Inn is very clean and well maintained; I had to ask the staff if it was a new facility. Great breakfast area with a TV, and coffee and tea available 24/7. The rooms are spotless and well appointed with a great TV selection, Free Internet, ironing board, an AC/Heater that you can adjust for comfort....and a quality bed. The Inn has a outdoor pool (closed - Jan 2020) and a small but spotless fitness center with a universal style gym, an elliptical trainer, towels and TV. The Inn is located just off I-75 and is close to restaurants. Breakfast is complementary!

The location is very convenient. The lighting in the rooms is very much appreciated. I really can't stand the energy saving bulbs that keep you in the dark. The only thing I'd add would be biscuits and gravy to the breakfast menu. Personally I'm just very tired of waffles and scrambled eggs.

The front desk attendant was very friendly. Our room was clean, but needs updates. The rug had ?clorox stain on rug. The breakfast bar was pretty average and all yogurt was Trix which might be fine for kids.

The hotel looks very nice from the outside. We had a first floor pet room because we traveled with our pup. The room was clean and for a first floor room next to the parking lot was surprising quiet. But that may have been because the fan/air condition never shut off and was very loud. We had to turn the TV up so loud just to hear it over the air conditioner. The room needs updating everything from the bedding, carpet to the air conditioner. The breakfast (I am being generous calling it that) had such a small variety that even my husband who can eat any type of hotel breakfast chose pop tarts instead. We don't normally stay at Quality Inns and I think this why they always need updating.

The staff was friendly and professional! We were told the best places to eat. The wait for getting a room was under 15 minutes. The hotel was clean and orderly. I did not see any trash the entire stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We will be returning. Thank you for a great experience!

We have stayed here for one night each August as we make our way back home from Savannah, GA to northeast Michigan. We had tried many different Choice Hotel brands over the years from Berea, KY to Florence, KY and found this one the cleanest and most inviting of any of them. So we have stayed here for about 4 or 5 years now. The only complaint is the hair dryer in the room was making very funny noises and the bathroom door was warped and would not close. We did tell management.
