Dark, loud and prison_cell like rooms. Too expensiv for what is offered. Very friendly and helpful saaff. We could check in at 05.00AM arriving from Inlay Lakke..The room was just basic, but had a mosquito net.

15$ for a private big room with huge bed and private shower. The AC was awesome and the bed really comfortable. No breakfast and no wifi. The other option is the hostel across the street which is more expensive and the rooms look really bad.

Great guest house and great hosts. They organized for us all the trekkings and the transfer to Inle Lake. All guests eat a generous breakfast together seated around a massive dining table so you can share your travel experience. The village itself is magic.

Info online said this was one of two places for foreigners to stay in Kyaukme, and that lack of competition clearly shows. For the price ($25 for AC and private bathroom) it was shabby and dirty compared to everywhere else we've stayed in Myanmar in that price range. Our first room was damp and smelled musty. Our second room was a little better. The young guys who work in the place are nice and are helpful. There are now apparently newer places to stay which are much better that aren't online yet, so search around.

Took the rooms with shower in. Basic room with reasonable hot water shower. Prices are exaggerated (25$ for double room ) compare to value in other myanmar locations. Very helpful staff and good service.
