We stayed at this holiday resort with our friends for our wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful holiday. We stayed at the new building and the rooms were great, well-planned and quite big even for families with children. The food served at the buffet and the alacarte restaurants were delicious. The chefs are doing a great job. Such a great variety of food , plenty of everything with great taste. Moreover, I should mention the food served at the beach as well. The staff at the hotel, from the receptionist to the beach boys, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the General Manager and Kerem Bey,who were always there to help us.Despite the huge area the resort covers, everything is very well planned with 9 pools, the aqua park with slides for every age, the children center , the amphitheater for magnificent shows every night and many bars all around to enjoy the different cocktails prepared for the guests. I would also recommend to try the Spa for many different massages and the Turkish bath-the Hamam for scrub and foam bath. It was an unforgettable experience. Finally, if you are looking for a holiday with sea and sun, you will love the beach and the clear blue Mediterranean Sea. We have throughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to the next one.

We just get back from this amazing hotel! We were 1 kid, 1 infant and 3 adults. The hotel is big but everything is in proper place. A lot of pools for every taste, huge amount of food as well for every taste, and a lot of activities. Everyone can find what he needs. For the kids it is paradise!!! The hotel is mainly for kids of any ages but in the same time adults will not be bored. There are plenty of amazing show, live music, disco and bars. We were extremely happy with the sea, the beach is amazing, and color of the water is to die for....:)))))) Lovely and friendly hotel staff. Special thanks for professional and friendly work of Guest relation Aliya. She care about us from the beginning till the last day of our vacation. And made or stay unforgettable, help with all request quickly and friendly. I want to notice the excellent work and positivity of the staff from beach bar "My time bar 18+" -Mestan Kaya and Umut Kecer. Every time they greet us with big smile and do their job perfectly. I truly recommend this hotel and we definitely will get back there!!!

I spent a total of 10 days with two friends in the hotel and in retrospect it was a very nice stay with many great memories. 🌴 The overall facility is relatively large, but you can find your way around very quickly. It is well cared for, also very green and planted with many beautiful plants that are maintained by gardeners. Our room with a wonderful sea view was cleaned very well. Overall, we are very satisfied with the food. A diverse, varied and healthy selection was offered in the morning, at noon and in the evening. There was also a wide selection of desserts, including many tasty cakes. (But we thought it was a shame that there were so many guests who left a lot of food on their tables.) If you didn't want to change your clothes at lunchtime, you could eat at the beach buffet without any problems. There were also nicely looking dining tables with a view of the sea especially reserved for families. There was also the option of booking one of the hotel's three à la carte restaurants (Turkish, Italian or seafood) once a week. We are very satisfied with the visit to the Turkish and Italian ones. (But we believe that a little too much food was served in the Turkish restaurant.) The Turkish and English speaking staff was very competent and experienced. If you were looking for something, the staff did not just point a finger, but also led to it. Things were quickly cleaned away and guests were not refused any wishes. Staff were very friendly and always responded immediately without misunderstandings. I would like to send greetings to Ayşe Saritaş, who performed very professionally. There are guests from many different countries, such as Turkey, Russia, France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Norway, Sweden and Bulgaria. This opens up the possibility of making awesome new acquaintances. A lot of bathing fun is guaranteed in any case. The large pool areas and the beach are very clean, quiet, provided with sun protection and not overcrowded. If you want it to be extra quiet, i can recommend the Relaxed Pool. Those who want to be active are offered a lot of possibilities: There is a swimming pool with lanes for training, water polo, football, tennis, mini golf, table tennis, beach volleyball, darts, boccia, zumba, basketball, shuffleboard… You also have free access to an indoor pool and a well-equipped gym. The entertainers were always in a good mood and could communicate with guests in Turkish, German, English, French or Russian. We would like to highlight Sam, Okan, Eva and especially Tomas, who also gave us Turkish lessons. The facility is also very secure, we met friendly security guards on a night walk. But we thought it was a shame that our suitcases were in the lobby on the day of departure and there was no extra locked room for them. Thank you very much, we'd love to come back soon. 👋

Crapy reception, rude staff, poor rooms and even worst restaurant area. There were literally only two food options for lunch: pasta (no taste) and chicken with french fries - which you had to wait close to one hour in line for. We ended up changing hotels the same day and even loosing 50% of what we paid was worth it compared to staying there. Would not recommend it to anyone. So disappointing.

We have stayed there for 18 nights and 19 days. That is why I can make comments on every aspect of this hotel in detail. Let us firstly start with the internet connection. It is hard to find a single place where you can connect to the internet. Rooms are very old and not maintained well. After 9pm, hotel becomes the Walking Dead set. If you are into cocktails, you need to lower expectations. Because the bar uses the drinks that I am sure you have never heard of (do not think that these are famous Turkish drinks, even we don’t know them.) Do not expect to drink tequila, they do not have such alcohol. They only have rom-flavored, tequila flavored drinks. You need to be ready for some kind of “discrimination”. When you plan your holiday, the options you can choose are pre-determined. The problem is that even if you would purchase the same package, some groups may be served import drinks like Jack Daniels, or freshly squeezed orange juice. We had a chance to talk with few people, and they informed us how much they paid for the holiday. The shocking thing is that we turned out to paid much more than them. I can thank only one person in this hotel and that person is Kerem Bey in Guest Relations. He really does his best to do something all the time. But what he can do is very limited, so he will not be able to change something for you. Definitely someone who deserves to work for another hotel! In short, there are many more alternative hotels that you can choose for the same price.
