Sea Planet Resort & SPA was opened in May 2013 as the fourth hotel of the Seaden Hotels Group. The hotel is located in the tourist center of Kizilot and is run as All inclusive + (24 hours all inclusive). Sea Planet Resort & SPA is a cozy five-star hotel with free Wi-Fi in the lobby and in the rooms. With its direct beachfront location and the spectacular slides, this is a wonderful place to relax and experience an exciting time. The hotel is located about 17 km from the historical center of Side and the town of Manavgat is about 12 km. Both are easy to reach with dolmus. Good food and drink are part of a good holiday. Culinary delights are served in the buffet restaurant or in one of the a la carte restaurants. Guests can have a refreshing drink at the lobby bar, pool bar or beach bar. For children this hotel is a real paradise. There is a separate children's pool with a large water playground with six slides, a large playground and a miniclub for children 4/12 years with many activities.

Family holiday for a week early May Kids loved it, friendly staff always greeting the kids making them feel welcome. Plenty of baby chairs for our 1yo. Large selection of food from buffet. I preferred lunch to the dinner and breakfast. We were too early for the a la carte restaurants the ones open never aligned with our plans. Biggest hot with the kids was the children's pool, shallow water and slides with loungers all around. Sorted The room service could have been better, fridge was never fully stocked always something missing. Had to ask 3x for water when arriving was a bit frustrating. Not sure rooms are cleaned other than a quick tidy up. The main entrance lobby is impressive.

Arrived early hours of the morning, only 1 staff on and took ages to check us in making it as hard work as possible, didn't speak English and found out virtually non of the staff did, no one wanting to help. Had no rep there to find out about things so missed out on so much including the a la carte restaurant. If we hadn't gone looking ourselves would not have done any excursions. Had an 8 year old with us and a 10 year old yet the kids pool was out of action so my 8 year old did not go in the pool once. There is an indoor pool but like most of the hotel dark and dingy. The toilets and shower for the indoor pool had no lights what so ever. The kids club seemed to be only for children of other countries and not once did they invite or involve our 2. Never come back here as the worst holiday we have had.

Well the hotel is 5 star but i think it was just 4. We booked a family sea wiew room and when we arrived the reception guy gave a room on the 2nd floor…we checked the room and when we opened the door the room was so smelly. The view…. well we saw only the bushes infront of our balcony. So we went back to the guy and ask for another room up to the 4th floor. Finally we got room on the 5th floor.But….when we wanted to go out to the balcony the doorknob didn’t work, also the AC, in the minibar were a water, one beer and nothing else, the safe cost 2 eur/day. So i went down again to the reception and told to a girl my problems. Few hours later everything was solved except the minibar. There were lots of small kids in the hotel and they were shouting, running around all day what we didn’t like.Animation programs were not so active. What we like….foods, cocktails, staff. There were a girl in the lobby bar i think her name was Büsra she was fantastic. Anyway i think we will not come back in this hotel again.

We stayed here from 20th -- 30th September. We were a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but it was fine. We were the only English people in the hotel (we think) which was fine for us. It is very catered towards German guests. Most of the staff can understand basic English, i.e., ordering drinks etc but anything past that we struggled. The food in the main buffet was fairly average. It was always warm, not hot but edible and we always found something to eat. The a la carte restaurants were much better - we tried Italian, Mexican and Turkish and our favourite was the Mexican. The alcoholic drinks weren't great at all. My partner drank whiskey + coke the entire time which he enjoyed, and he also said the beer was fine but most of them were poor. The water is also in very small plastic cartons - not ideal really. The rooms were basic and reasonably clean although they weren't as clean as I would have liked them to be. The shower had stains which stayed there the entire time and my husband had a nosebleed in the bathroom which we cleaned up the best we could but noticed days later there was still blood under the rim of the toilet. The rooms also have very limited storage. We were told at check in the mini bar would be stocked daily with water and once a week with pop + beer. We had to ask daily for the water to be delivered and the mini bar wasn't refilled at all, regardless of asking for that 3/4 times. We gave up asking after day 5 and they actually came to stock it as we were walking to check out! Overall, we wouldn't go back to this hotel and wouldn't recommend it for English however we did have a nice time. On the plus side, we asked guest relations to book a trip to Karma restaurant. They were super helpful every time we went. The taxi transfer is included (you swap to a bus mid-point as cars aren't allowed in the centre) and we were escorted to the restaurant to stop us from being hassled. The food was honestly incredible! I would 100% recommend going there!

Very nice and welcoming hotel, superb cleanness and friendly staff. Food, environment, pool and beach were spotless. A convenient taxi-stand outside the hotel made private excursions easy and safe. We felt very welcome.

An average 3* hotel. Firstly if you book side sea view its very likely you will end up facing the outskirts of the hotel which means noise from the road behind. I asked for an alternative room with side sea view which would be facing the pool and was told it was 15 eur extra a night. Overall standard room is ok but mine facing the side was noisy so I didnt get good sleep. Mini bar was filled with half-empty bottles of water and fanta consumed by previous people and wasnt filled up for 2 days. Soaps were empty upon checking in and left empty container on a side and again it wasnt replaced for 3 days. Food: breakfast and lunch are average, dinners better. A la carte restaurant- book at least 4 days in advance, very busy. Night soup is ok if you arrive late. Otherwise just luke warm leftovers from dinner time. Coffee: go to Coffee Corner for a real coffee, cafe opens 10am. All inclusive/ultra inclusive means only local spirits and most of the time they dont have cocktails ingredients available. Bartenders are not bothered to provide a good service: when they serve you a glass of warm prosecco and you do not accept it they just pour it out “in style” and say they havent got a cold prosecco to serve. You get an impression they dont want you to come to the bar at all. Out of all bartenders and servers, 2 of them were good and were polite and friendly, and would find certain cocktail ingredients when their colleagues would just say they havent got it. Entertainment: aqua aerobics and water polo were good, evening entertainment so so. Live music show was off-tune. For the size of the hotel there was a very limited amount of entertainment activities. Def not worth a price, you can find better 4* hotels than this.

We had an amazing family holiday in Seaden Sea Planet Resort & Spa. Overall the hotel is very good. The whole staff are super friendly. - Rooms - big enough, cleaned every day, towels has been changed every day. - Restaurant and food - it was AMAZING. I am a bit fan of a Turkish cuisine and there the food was so delicious. The food selection was large - sea food, meat, salads, fruits, sweets, bakery. There was even a special buffet with food for kids. Every night was different cuisine - Turkish (the most delicious), Italian, Mexican, Sea-food night. - Pools - I can not say anything, because we do not use it, we preferred sea, but it was a big pool, clean. Aqua-park was good as well. - Entertainment - animators was amazing. Singh 10am till late night you can choose from different activities. In the the evening there was a show, different every night and it was so funny. Animators was so kind and friendly. It was a kid club as well. My niece 2,5 years old visited couple of times and was so happy. The hotel was playground hall with bowling, billiards and other games. Of course there were some minor issues. - Language barrier - most of the staff do not speak and understand English in a goo level. - The hotel is position quite far from any kind of shopping centres. - The gym - NO! Almost the hole equipment was damaged, but at least you do not go on holiday do to your workouts. My opinion is that for 5* hotel the gym should be good as well. Summarised for the family holiday the hotel is very good.
