Sea Planet Resort & SPA was opened in May 2013 as the fourth hotel of the Seaden Hotels Group. The hotel is located in the tourist center of Kizilot and is run as All inclusive + (24 hours all inclusive). Sea Planet Resort & SPA is a cozy five-star hotel with free Wi-Fi in the lobby and in the rooms. With its direct beachfront location and the spectacular slides, this is a wonderful place to relax and experience an exciting time. The hotel is located about 17 km from the historical center of Side and the town of Manavgat is about 12 km. Both are easy to reach with dolmus. Good food and drink are part of a good holiday. Culinary delights are served in the buffet restaurant or in one of the a la carte restaurants. Guests can have a refreshing drink at the lobby bar, pool bar or beach bar. For children this hotel is a real paradise. There is a separate children's pool with a large water playground with six slides, a large playground and a miniclub for children 4/12 years with many activities.

An average 3* hotel.
Firstly if you book side sea view its very likely you will end up facing the outskirts of the hotel which means noise from the road behind. I asked for an alternative room with side sea view which would be facing the pool and was told it was 15 eur extra a night.
Overall standard room is ok but mine facing the side was noisy so I didnt get good sleep.
Mini bar was filled with half-empty bottles of water and fanta consumed by previous people and wasnt filled up for 2 days. Soaps were empty upon checking in and left empty container on a side and again it wasnt replaced for 3 days.
Food: breakfast and lunch are average, dinners better. A la carte restaurant- book at least 4 days in advance, very busy. Night soup is ok if you arrive late. Otherwise just luke warm leftovers from dinner time.
Coffee: go to Coffee Corner for a real coffee, cafe opens 10am.
All inclusive/ultra inclusive means only local spirits and most of the time they dont have cocktails ingredients available. Bartenders are not bothered to provide a good service: when they serve you a glass of warm prosecco and you do not accept it they just pour it out “in style” and say they havent got a cold prosecco to serve. You get an impression they dont want you to come to the bar at all. Out of all bartenders and servers, 2 of them were good and were polite and friendly, and would find certain cocktail ingredients when their colleagues would just say they havent got it.
Entertainment: aqua aerobics and water polo were good, evening entertainment so so. Live music show was off-tune. For the size of the hotel there was a very limited amount of entertainment activities.
Def not worth a price, you can find better 4* hotels than this.

I really enjoyed my holidays in this hotel. There were special events and fireworks prepared for the Turkish national holiday. Food is very diverse from traditional Turkish dishes to Mexican food, pizza, burgers. Unfortunately, alcoholic beverages are very bad there, for example gin&tonic tastes simply disgusting. The only drinks I was able to drink were: beer, bloody mary, mojito. The hotel also has a fridge with tasty ice cream available in all-inclusive option. There's also gozleme station but waiting time is too long in busy season.
The sea in front of the hotel is cloudy so there's no point of taking a snorkeling mask there.
I think that the staff could collect towels from the sunbeds that people left for all day. We were there during the holiday season and it was difficult to find a free sunbed by the pool. And there's a smell of sewage by the beach. On the beach there's water sports center where you can book some excursions or activities like parasailing or jet ski.
Waterpark is only available for a few hours but still it's fun. The hotel has a very well-equipped games room which is quite expensive but machines are in good condition. There're few shops in the hotel as well.
There's a taxi stop in front of the hotel so you can take a taxi to visit Side (20minutes drive).

Just returned from the most wonderful holiday. I don’t know where all the negative reviews come from but we found this hotel to be a great place to stay. We travelled as family of 4 with 2 older teens. We found that most of the staff spoke English and they were very accommodating, trying their best at all times. Rooms were spacious and clean and the cleaners changed sheets and towels every day. Yes food is repetitive and not perhaps what we are used to but we could always find something to eat.
Hotel was very busy and was mainly occupied by Germans but this did not put us off.
All staff, waiters, bar staff, cleaners worked very hard and always had a smile on their face.
Same old same old for sunbed problems but we always managed to find somewhere by pool or on beach.
The hotel is ver remote but there are a few shops writhing walking distance that are worth a visit.
Water sports on beach were good and offered a large range of activities.
What really made this holiday, especially for our teens, was the animation team. What can I say. They were fantastic. Special shout out to Sam and Santi, but the whole team were just superb.
All in all we loved our holiday and we would definitely recommend.

I went to this hotel with 3 of my friends. The hotel looks interesting from outside, the architecture is creative and it looks like a big cruise ship. This affected our decision before choosing the hotel because it looks so nice in the pictures. But unfortunately this fact is the best thing about the hotel overall. The room cleaning service was poor, they didn't clean the floor and pick up the dirty glasses or cups. The sound insulation was bad the walls are like a paper. On our last day before the checkout time, an employee entered our room suddenly like there is no one inside and it was so disturbing. The breakfast and dinner were satisfying. The pool is huge and nice. I am Turkish but my friends are foreigners so I made the booking. Sadly, they try to trick foreigners asking for more money because it happened to us and we booked for a much cheaper price when I talked to them. My overall satisfaction from this resort is poor.

This is defiantly not a 5* resort. The whole resort is extremally dirty: rooms at check in are dirty (bathroom, room floors never cleaned, all surfaces are greasy and with spots). Rooms are not maintained, so phone is not working, WC is broken, lights are not working. Rooms are not cleaned on daily level, and it can happen that they just leave you clean towels and that is it. Pictures do not correspond to realistic situation at all.

A/C works only in the reception. So there is 100 degrees in lifts and corridors on floors. Lifts are crowded and always busy so anyone having problem with claustrophobia should avoid this resort.

Restaurants are also dirty, they are understaffed and majority is not speaking any English at all. Tables are not cleaned at any time, baby chairs extremally greasy, you have to get your own cutlery if you want anything to eat (I've tried asking more than 3 times, but they just do not have time nor staff). Food is always the same, every day, there is no variety in selection. Taste is very specific, so if you are looking for standard European kitchen this is not the place for you. Sweets are on such a minimum, that it cannot pass for a 3* hotel.

There are very bad smells in the children playground (which has not enough light in the evening) and in pool area. Swimming pool is clearly dirty and water in afternoon smells. Slides are not working whole day, so there is just couple of hours per day you can use it.

Beach is good, even very beautiful, however there is no service on the beach or lifeguard present. During the whole holiday (10 days) there was a red flag, even though there are hundreds of people in water and you can clearly swim safely.

Wifi in the whole hotel is under any acceptable level for 21st century, and absolutely unacceptable for 5* resort.

A lot of guests got sick, because there is no minimal hygiene in hotel, we did have luck in this area.

This is not 5* hotel, maybe 4* if they would get staff, maintenance and hygiene in order. It is not safe to travel with small kids here.

There are such better hotels in this money range, and I wouldn't recommend the stay here to anybody.

We arrived in the morning at 11:00, got checked-in within a few minutes and received our room right away even though per our reservation it was supposed to be at 3pm. Very friendly/helpful front staff especially the 2 ladies that were responsible for À la carte reservations.
We were a group of 4 and booked a family suite with 2 rooms and a shared bathroom. Ea h room had its own balcony with an amazing sea view!! (The sunsets were incredible to watch from the balcony). The rooms were cleaned everyday. Fresh bath towels were also provided each day. Mini fridge also had water and cold drinks plus tea and coffee were always stocked up.
The pool area was very spacious with many chairs. Lots of entertainment and music throughout the day and night.
Hotel had a bar at the beach, 2 by the pool area and a few inside as well. The Moonlight bar was open 24 hours.
The snack bar during the day was a good option for us since we didn’t like going back inside the hotel for lunch. Many good options to choose from.
Dinner was always amazing with lots of variety. Baklava was available every evening.
We would definitely recommend and revisit this hotel!!

Please ignore the bad comments they are definitely not true. There are always people who look for negatives instead of all the positives.

Although I was there by myself I have to say that was the best holiday I ever had. The facility of the hotel was just amazing. The room that I was staying in had an amazing view to the pool and sea that genuinely left me breathless.when it comes to the staff, everyone is so friendly. I had an amazing time at the restaurant also. The lovely staff members always offered to help me if there was anything that I needed. Shout out to one person in particular from the restaurant's staff- Tugba. Thank you for always being so friendly and helpful.
The spa had such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and was just wonderfully created.
In relation to the pool and the garden they were always amazingly clean that contributed to the relaxing feeling of being at a such beautiful tropical place.
It's just impossible for anyone to feel even a tiny bit of boredom when being at a such place. Animation guys were just fantastic Gulsha, Asli and Adam made the most of my holiday. I would like to say that they are the gems of the hotel. The other animation teams were also fun and very much entertaining. The shows and the games left me speachless. I just cannot fully describe how amazing my holiday was. I would like to express my gratitude to all this people because without them the place will not be and feel the same! Amazing job everyone! Thank you!

Thank for the hotel for this amazing week in Manavgat.
Hotel was clean, our room was clened every day. We booked a room with double bed and we got 2 rooms with double bed in the main building on the second floor. We were really happy. Waiters are really kind and helpful.
You can get cocktails, ice cream, turkish pancake and coffee all day long.
African dance show was super cool and salsa show too.
The beach is near to the hotel and they have water sports on the beach.
You can spend a lot of days in the hotel without facultative programs.
Food was amazing. Every dinner had theme like mexican, italian, asian dinner. We absolutely loved that.
In the hotel there is mini bazaar, coiffure, game room, bowling, mini shop, everything you need.
Thanks for the vacation.

Well where do I start on arriving at the hotel there was an language barrier we didn't get to the hotel until early hours of the morning we were told that there was a night buffet and when we got to the buffet restaurant it was closed and in total darkness. The hotel is creepy at night lights are turned off in hallways. the food was terrible they don't know how to cook and being we had 3 children under 5 and a type 1 diabetic in our family this is unacceptable. They had 5 a la carte restaurants but were told we could only book that once. When asking for drinks the staff don't understand you and are rude and just serve the next person in the queue and just leave you there standing like a idiot. We only had 1 night of entertainment. To say that this is a family hotel is ridiculous because it isn't there's nothing to do with kids. To make matters worse they didn't change our family room for 2 days straight which again with kids and a diabetic is unacceptable! Then when they eventually cleaned our room the maids stole some of our money!!!! Its safe to say that we defiantly won't be returning to this hotel. To advertise this as a 5* hotel is a joke I wouldn't even give it a 2*. The staff are not friendly at all!!!

Hotel is very nice from outside. We got a very awful room for the first night. All guests from Slovakia got really awful rooms, not all clients could change the room. After we went to reception and they change us. But the personal is very impolite. The beach and sea is not suitable for small kids. Positive things: pool is really nice and clean. Waterslides are really nice for the kids.
I work for travel agency before and also with destination Turkey, that was reason we went here. But this hotel is really not good choice.
