The complex is situated near Palanga, in Žibininkai. The complex offers a variety of aquatic entertainment, unique bathhouse programs, SPA and health procedures. Good Spa Hotel with excellent Pool facilities. Buffet option had good choices & quality but lunch & dinner times were quite restrictive due to 1 hour time slot. Unfortunately our stay was disturbed during the first couple of days due to noisy construction work however the staff in particular Raymonda, Simona & & Amber went to extra lengths to make our stay very enjoyable and we appreciated their attentiveness.

Spa and swimming pool zone was nice. We rented villa and stayed there with family, I don’t recommend for people who want to have more fun because at 11pm you have to be quiet. Those houses are not private it’s not for one family it’s two apartments so you don’t get so much privacy and you need to be very quiet because walls are so thin. We had trouble to get food at evening because information about closing time was left for us wrong. Bathrooms has a very bad smell. We vent for breakfast and outside was so dark no any light. Breakfast was not so good if you are vegan or you have lactose or gluten allergies you have trouble to find something to eat. Staff members is not so helpful and they are very rude!!! I’m glad we stayed just one night. Never again!!!

I do not recommend it for a quiet vacation with family and children. It turns out that some clients are more important than others for this institution. There is a concert going on outside, we are on that side with a small child and we are laid down. I called the Registratura twice and asked them to do something, of course they assured me that they would fix it right away. But the loud music continued. 11:45 p.m., some are celebrating, others are surrounding the child, we don't have a holiday in the holiday park tonight. Conclusion - I do not recommend it!

We lived in a one-story villa. We also booked pools for 3 hours and breakfast. The pools are fun and hot. The villa has a lot of space, we lived with three adults. The environment was quiet. warm water was. the villa had a kettle, fridge, fireplace, terrace with chairs, umbrella, barbecue. Breakfast is delicious, great selection.

I stayed in a two story log cabin for 5 nights in August 2020. Kitchen - not a kitchen. It’s a sink, a fridge/minibar, a kettle and the most basic of cutlery. I’ve read other reviews where the owners claim they don’t put a full kitchen for health and safety reasons. This is a load of rubbish. I’ve stayed in dozens of log cabins all over Lithuania and they’ve all had full kitchens. Here, they simply want you to use the restaurants rather than cook your own meals. Dining - there is no inside dining table. Outside is a very narrow terrace with terrible furniture. The table is so unstable we lost more coffee than we drank as it kept spilling when anyone moved slightly. One day the whole table collapsed on the ground. The supplied cutlery are so cheap they bend like plastic cutlery. Outside the grass is overgrown and full of weeds (and ticks!) Local Restaurant/Bar - called Park Ranco, this American style restaurant/bar/club is part family restaurant, part adult theme bar. It’s fine for a beer and a snack. The shocking thing is the male toilets which are decorated with about 20+ photos of naked women. It’s a disgrace, degrading to women, unsuitable for children and should be removed immediately! Bathroom- what a joke. Tiny and lacks basic necessities such as anywhere to place your stuff. The narrow glass shelf above sink (which is not centered and almost took my eye out twice when cleaning my face!) is filled with single use, cheap toiletries and is too narrow for any meaningful use. The shower is unsuitable for anyone taller than 165cm. It’s low and cramped. My elbows and knees touch the doors when washing or turning so best to not relax and try to enjoy your shower for too long. There is only one shower in the house which is designed to sleep up to 6 people! Safety - the whole house is dark, very dark. It’s also got a whole host of dangers for kids such as very steep and narrow stairs. The upstairs windows are not protected by any external barriers (as they should by law) and the window in the upstairs toilet is incredibly dangerous as it is at about 10cm from the floor and opens wide leaving a high drop to the ground level for a small child. Also be careful of the glass shelf in the downstairs bathroom. It’s perfect for stabbing you in the eye when brushing your teeth or washing your face. The hot water taps are also scalding hot. Pool area - fabulous. This is the park’s strength for sure. Once you leave the rather drab and cramped unisex changing areas you will find a clean, large selection of pools, jacuzzis and saunas. The main downside is the awful fast food joint serving pizza and every deep fried thing you can imagine along with draft beer served in plastic glasses. It gets very busy during the day. I recommend going in the evening. It’s really great between 8pm and 10pm when quiet and calm. Environment- like almost every hotel in the world, this one shouts about not changing your towels every day but that’s where their environmental concerns end. Of course not changing towels saves them money too. Unfortunately, the bathroom is filled with single use plastic soaps and shampoos, there isn’t a recycling bin anywhere to be found on the complex and black smoke pumps out of the hotels roof early morning. A few solar panels on that enormous roof would be welcome. Parking - if you stay in a log cabin you are not allowed park next to the cabin even if there is plenty of space. From our cabin it was a 482 meter walk to the main hotel. For me who walks 5+km per day it was nothing more than inconvenient and I got wet several times but for others it might make life very difficult. I drove up to the cabin twice and got threatened with a €50 fine on both occasions. Customer Service - terrible. They really don’t make any effort to train their staff in customer service. During the 5 nights I spent there I tried calling reception 6 times and they didn’t answer even once. This meant I had to do the almost 1km round trip walk from cabin to reception just to make a simple request. Another example is when I was charged 33% more for breakfast than the price advertised on the hotels website. When I complained I was basically told I had to pay the higher price. No apologies, no reduction. The hotel changed the pricing on their website within hours of my complaint. Sleeping- the beds are simple but comfortable. An extra pillow would be welcome. There’s no luxury whatsoever here so don’t expect it. It’s as basic as it comes. Would I come back again? If the log cabins were upgraded with a full kitchen, higher quality interiors, better bathrooms and car parking for one car per cabin then yes, I would come back. The area is great and the pool complex is clean and very well organized. If the accommodation is not improved then I would not return and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’d stay in better self catering accommodation all over this part of Palanga for less money and just come to Atostogu Park to use the pools.

Awesome sauna outside the main building, in a seperate little house with cool outside pool. Inside didn’t like it so much, children were bringing food in sauna, chatting loudly. Amber sauna is for additional price, in a place which is “sauna and pool” complex it should be free not for additional price. The “best” thing I wanted to unsee was used and left tampon in women showers just lying in front of my eyes.. and I saw an Enterobius on a toilet seat.. disgusting!!

It was worth a visit on a rainy day. There is big variety of places: different pools and saunas, spa etc. The only a bit strange arrangement is changing rooms, all common men and women. You can go into lockable changing rooms but locker rooms etc all common areas.

I stayed one night in the end of June 2019 and I arrived in the middle of the night and they were so nice to book a taxi for me and let me check-in. They have a really nice breakfast buffé and if I had had more time I definitely would have checked out the pools and the spa. Everyone who works there are so nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the shower is amazing (you can get streams from the sides, from above or holding the showerhead). Sitting on the balcony, looking at the landscape after having a morning shower was so nice. It takes around 15 mins or so by car to Palanga city, but barely 10 from the airport.
