Booked 2 rooms for a one night stay. Did the online checkin with the app and chose our rooms next door to each other but before we arrived I received notification that one room was not ready and they have moved that room on the other side of the hotel. At the front desk when we arrived, the front desk clerk (did not get his name unfortunately) was super nice and got us moved to 2 adjoining rooms and gave us a discount on the nightly rate. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was offered as to go options only that you picked up at the front desk. We could hear some of the planes taking off at the airport which is to be expected due to the close proximity, however, it was not too terrible. You could see Kentucky Kingdom from the parking lot so if traveling in the area for that location, this would be perfect.

Good evening Jody Thompson My husband and I had the great pleasure of staying with you and the rest of your wonderful staff this weekend. We wanted to let you know that we where very impressed with Jessica and Louis/Lewis's (not sure how he spells it) exceptional service and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that we had an incredible stay. They both helped us with multiple issues we had on the 1st day of arrival coming in late, after we missed our original connecting flight in Philly to Louisville. I don't remember the name of the maintenence man working on Sunday evening, but when we reported that there was an issue with the toilet he showed up promptly to fix the issue quickly with a smile and a pleasant additued. The weekend breakfast crew were helpful and provided clean and quick service, even though Sunday morning it was very busy with multiple large groups all at once. They kept smiling and had pleasant tones in their voices even when some other guest weren't giving them the same courtesy. The room was extremely clean and quiet. I am in the military and travel frequently. The manager, Clayton Cadarette, is awesome!!! He will go out of the way to make sure you enjoy your stay, even with Covid-19 going on. The pool, gym, and breakfast are still available. The management staff has done excellent on letting you use their amenities as Long as you follow the safety rules. The hotel is clean, safe, and enjoyable. Worth every penny.

I cannot believe this hotel is part of the Hilton family. They are not away of the Hilton CleanStay program. Issues with the room... the outlet we wanted to use was broken, the window shade was dirty, top of refrigerator door had dirt/dust on it. Not one time did housekeeping come during out stay - no beds made, no clean towels, no trash removal, etc.
The only place to get ice was on the 4th floor even though the signs said it was available on the 1st and 4th.
The breakfast was very limited. Don't ask for water to drink because they do not have any cold or room temp. You can get hot water from the buffet for tea. Cold water is available in your room's bathroom sink. I even checked with the front desk (for a water fountain), they reluctantly got up out of their chair to give me a bottle of water.
The only place to get ice was on the 4th floor even though the signs said it was available on the 1st and 4th.

I had a 3-night stay booked with this hotel. (Fri, Sat, Sun) The Wednesday before, I wanted to cancel 2 of the 3 nights and then rebook through the website because I found the rooms $70 per night cheaper. The hotel manager, Jody, refused to let me. She stated I couldn't cancel within 72 hours. I explained to her that Saturday and Sunday night were over 72 hours away. She still said no. I called the Hampton/Hilton 800#, they were nice, and tried to negotiate with the hotel manager, but she wouldn't budge. You would think they would have offered to reduce my stay by even a little. Nope. Jody said that the cheaper room rate online was a mistake and they wouldn't honor it. I even double booked at the cheaper rate to see if it truly was a mistake, and it wasn't. I was able to cancel the double booking thank God. So, I had to suck it up and pay the full amount. Was it worth it? No. The hotel wasn't that nice, hasn't been updated in years, and they didn't properly clean the snow and ice out of the parking lot and off the sidewalks. Worth $80 a night? Sure, but I would never stay there again based purely on this experience.

This facility falls well below our expectations compared to other Hilton properties we’ve become used to. There were no USB plugs and only 4 plugs for use in the room. We asked for extra wash cloths and were told none were available. The room doesn’t have enough lighting and is very dark, especially the bathroom. Only one light over the sink, leaving the shower pretty dark. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush properly without 2-3 flushes. This was a problem in the rooms of most in our group. The only positive was the staff. They were very nice and apologetic for the toilet not working and shortage of wash cloths.

I prefer to book directly with hotel when possible, so when I called to arrange our teams stays the General Manager answered the call and was able to accommodate all ins and outs, it was complicated.. he not only handled it but went above and beyond making sure everyone was taken care of.
Fornt desk clerks were awsome and and every person working there were very gracious to not only me but all guest interactions I witnessed was just as welcoming.

Great rate on Hilton.com and their shuttle driver beat us to the pickup spot outside the airport. Front desk agent was very friendly and gave a great dinner recommendation within walking distance. Room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast set up before our 6:15a departure, morning shuttle driver arrived within minutes of calling. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean hotel and super friendly staff. Jessica at the front desk was amazing! Pool was clean. Coffee and teas in the lobby were restocked fresh/hot often. Beds and pillows were soooo comfortable. Best sleep at a hotel in quite a while! Shuttle was convenient for getting to and from Kentucky Kingdom and ran 24 hours. Only criticism is that the room was a bit small, but no big deal for us. There was a refrigerator (every room) microwave(3rd floor rooms)in our room, which was nice to have. Anything we needed was quickly addressed. Would recommend asking for a few extra towels when checking in as there were only two in the bathroom.

Every room has a coffee maker. We have a complimentary shuttle available 24/7 and it will take you to Kentucky Kingdom, the Airport, and the Kentucky Expo Center.
The hotel does offer a shuttle to KEC, and many large events also have a separate shuttle route that picks up at the Phillips Lane curb, too.
As close as we were to the airport I don’t remember a ton of plane noise. Some but not enough to keep us up
We had a regular room and it had a mini-fridge and a microwave. Hope this helps.
