I would recommend if you are staying downtown. Loved the historical look and feel. Close to night life and entertainment. Staff was great with local spots to visit and explore. Drinks at the bar is a must.

This is just one of those places that has that something extra special. In this case, it's the library like lobby, the elegant bar and the overall historical ambiance. Great Location and a Hilton property.

I love the stay here. We planned everything out which was helpful as well. We walked down fourth street and did $5 bourbon tasting at Jim Beam. Had a paranormal/historic tour with Patrick. (we toured different areas in the facility, talked about the 2 brothers that built the hotel, Al Capone and F Scott. Fitzgerald. We also talked about the...

The lobby is a throwback and pleasure to view. We stayed on the Executive Level. The room was small and the breakfast was modest - although the staff was attentive. Self parking in the garage directly behind the hotel was convenient. The hotel location is central, particularly if you have any interest in the chain restaurants or bars on Fourth...

The Seelbach Hilton has one of the prettiest lobbies I've ever seen. That and the perfect location for a weekend in Louisville should put it on your " consider" list. The 3 star rating is primarily due to the very small rooms and even tinier bathrooms. If you're going to spend any amount of time in the room, I would...

Very interesting informative and entertaining hotel. From the moment you walk in you feel the nostalgic history from settings of Gatsby and Al Capone. Had a tour of the property from Patrick late night and was able to see the rathskeller, the garden area, the presidential suite and so much more. Larry who has been there forever and a day...

When you walk into the hotel lobby, you can't help but notice the beauty of it. It is elegant and the history of it is fascinating. Unfortunately, that is where the beauty ends. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel with a decent size room, look somewhere else. This is the smallest hotel room I have every stayed in...

Thank you for taking the time to put your thoughts on a very detailed commentary for Tripadvisor. We recognize you have plenty of experiences to compare us to as a member within Hilton's frequent traveler program. You are at the peak of all travelers, It is very frustrating to arrive to an uncomfortably warm hotel room and certainly unacceptable of...

The hotel staff was great. The location was great! The size of the rooms were not great! To small to even move around easily. We had a room with a king size bed. Our bathroom and our room seemed very small. It was not worth the money we paid for the room.

I was somewhat concerned when I read some reviews of the hotel but my concerns diminished upon check in. The front desk staff were very accommodating and even upgraded our room. The room and bathroom were somewhat small but clean and well maintained. Just the historical details of the hotel are overwhelming but something to see.

This was a very special, beautiful, elegant historical hotel. My wife & I stayed one night it the Seelbach: The room was very spacious, clean, great view, excellent furnishings, bed and linens. We requested room 910: larger than most rooms for the same price and had a corner view! Front desk and valet personnel were all friendly and helpful. Lobby...
