We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at the Inn. Jeremy and Mark are amazing hosts and have thought of every detail. The accommodations are very comfortable, especially the luxurious mattress! We slept like babies! The breakfasts were five star as well. This was our second time at the Inn and will definitely be back!!

Property's Favorite Review
This is an exceptionally fine B & B without a crazy "over the top" price. Everything was well-done from the initial greeting to the breakfast. We will definitely stay here when we visit Louisville again. We stayed in the carriage house behind the big house (Hearth Room) because we wanted to be on a first floor level. It was perfect with our car parked right outside of our room. (B & B's normally have stairs, sometimes steep ones, and are without elevators, so we are grateful for 1st floor options like this.) We had a gas fireplace with two comfy chairs in front of it. It was roomy, yet cozy, and well-appointed with many amenities. The breakfast really stood out from typical B & B's. You actually have choices here, and all was delicious. Highly recommended.

This Inn is truly the best of the best!! Nobody does it better! Warm and welcoming owners Jeremy and Mark love what they do and that is evident. Every detail makes certain that their guests are comfortable for their entire stay. Start the day with a gourmet breakfast menu individually prepared and served by owners Mark and Jeremy. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the gardens, coffee on the porches and an evening Bourbon flight. If you have the opportunity don’t miss this gem In Louisville.

Beautifully restored old home with lots of history in a lovely neighborhood. Jeremy is personable, helpful, and full of ideas on things to do. The rooms are lovely; the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast, prepared by Jeremy's partner, is truly gourmet. This is a well-run operation with emphasis on making guests feel welcome.

We've stayed here a few times over the years and love it more each time. Jeremy and Mark take hospitality to the next level. This is more than just a place to stay while in Louisville, it is a reason to stay in Louisville. I can't say enough good things about this place.

We stayed in the Rose Cottage for a few nights, it was fantastic. Jeremy is an excellent host, eager to share his knowledge of the 1800s house (Gothic Revival Mansion), and things to do in Louisville (even when it is NOT Derby Week). The breakfasts were fabulous, Mark's "breakfast cakes" are just as delicious as the start-your-day offerings. We stayed in the Rose Cottage, which was a real treat - 2 thumbs up for the idea to open up the ceiling (they removed the reading loft). Each room has an assigned parking space, but there is not much in the way of additional parking spots. Definitely have to take care when pulling into the driveway, the transition from the street (done by the city) is a jarring experience.

We just got back from a 3 nights at the Inn at Woodhaven and it surpassed all expectations!! My husband was a little skeptical to stay at a B&B, but since he was getting to enjoy the Bourbon Trail he let me decide on the stay. 😊 We were both blown away and loved it!! The owners are gracious, thoughtful, and so knowledgeable. Our accommodations were absolutely top notch. The made to order breakfasts, attention to detail, location, and personal touches were incredible! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we will definitely be back!! If you are on the fence…..book the room - you won’t regret it!!

My wife and I decided to do a getaway weekend in Louisville and wanted to have a unique experience in our lodging. The Inn at Woodhaven went above and beyond in the total experience! The home is historically beautiful. Its story is captivating and you will be fascinated by the build and how it has stood to the test of time. The best portion of the experience of the Inn at Woodhaven are the owners and caretakers of the home Jeremy and Mark. Jeremy gave us a full tour as we arrived and made sure we felt like we were at home. We stayed in the Derby Room which was intricately designed with a KY derby theme. The breakfast was phenomenal! Mark makes all of the pastries and dishes from scratch. I highly recommend the Bs and Gs as the gravy is made with a local sausage along with spices that remind you of a thanksgiving feast. You also eat in the dining area which is also beautifully decorated with a grand chandelier. We went out to dinner but were eager to get back to the Inn to sit comfortably in the warm living room and relax with a great pour of bourbon. They have a great selection of bourbons and will also provide you with a nice flight of pours if you desire. Jeremy informed us that he decorates the home with 23 trees for Christmas. We can't wait to stay for the holidays.

First time staying at the the Inn and I would not hesitate to stay again. As we walked through the impressive front doors of the Inn, Jeremy welcomed us and gave us a quick history and tour. We were very comfortable in our room, so clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast all three morning was very good...broke our diet rules a few times. We got to spend some time on the back porch enjoying an old fashioned delivered by Jeremy. Thanks for taking such good care of a beautiful house Mark and Jeremy!
