By far the utmost B&B experience one can imagine. The hosts take special care in providing exceptional guest service. The Inn itself is charming, with spacious rooms which are elegantly appointed. The beds, linens and pillows crispy clean and most comfortable. The breakfasts (guests choose from a number of options) are spectacular, including home made pastries and coffee cakes. The Inn recently added a private deck with hot tub which I enjoyed relaxing in a few times. The Inn is situated in an ideal location near great restaurants, parks, and other amenities Louisville has to offer. I always opt to stay at Woodhaven during my annual return to Louisville and most highly recommend it to others looking for a lovely, peaceful, and high value place to enjoy during a visit to Louisville.

My husband and I stayed for our 20th anniversary in the rose cottage, we loved and had a great time. This inn is just beautiful and Jeremy and Mark were so accommodating and gave us great info for the bourbon trails. The breakfast was awesome and so delicious. I loved being able to pick the time and also what you wanted to eat off the menu of many delicious choices. A plus was the hot tub in a private area, which we used everyday after our bourbon trips. We plan to return every year for our anniversary. This Inn is on the top of my b&b stays. My husband loved Jeremy’s old fashion he made. Keep up the great work!!!

Check-in to check-out couldn't have been better. Built in the 1850's, with tons of original hand-crafted architecture, this is a rare gem managed by amazing hosts. Attention to the little details (homemade cookies, breakfast made-to-order, bourbon tasting) throughout. We WILL be back...again...and again! FYI...If you get to eat out, you won't find a better dinner than at Mesh, which came highly recommended by the hosts. SUPERB!!!

Our stay at the Inn was outstanding in all respects. Our room was extremely comfortable and well-appointed, and the entire property was attractive and well-kept. We appreciated the location which was adjacent to a residential neighborhood as well as open space areas, but also gave easy access to major roadways. The innkeepers offered the perfect balance of b and b charm without being intrusive. We will definitely return.

This was our 3rd or 4th stay at Jeremy and Mark's B&B. We have stayed in the main house in the Rose room and in the Derby room in the carriage house. Both are terrific. As usual, our most recent stay was PERFECT from start to finish. Beds are so comfortable, with bedding that I am sure they spared no expense. The breakfasts are better-than-restaurant quality and you are given quite a few choices from sweet to savory. They also provide pasteries and cookies, a variety of juices, and some very fine coffee. Jeremy and Mark are so kind and are always open to chat or to provide anything you might need. The location is quite perfect as well. Near main arteries and the expressway for easy commutes. We visit Louisville about once or twice a year and will always stay at the Inn (even preferring it over staying with family!)

My husband and I spent two nights in this beautifully exquisite inn. All we could do was oooh and ahhh for several minutes as we looked around. It was pure joy to be there. We were in the Garden Suite which had two very spacious rooms complete with a large bathtub with jets, a fireplace/mantle in each room, and a luxurious bed. We slept so well. Outside our room was a large gathering space for reading, games, relaxing, etc. It was equally beautiful and elegant. The breakfast menu had wonderfully southern offerings and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts there. The kitchen was right off the dining room and the two very kind and friendly owners didn't seem to mind our poking our heads in to take a look and chat a minute. It was the best BnB breakfast we have had thus far. In addition to all the above, there was also a large and lovely living room, finely furnished for the weary traveler to relax in and a large back porch for just sitting and reading. Lovely in every way, I can't imagine a finer and more enjoyable experience. We will definitely return on our next trip to Louisville. Thanks Mark and Jeremy!

This meticulously preserved historic gem is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The two gracious proprietors have left nothing out in making guests comfortable. The premises are immaculate. There are cordials and home baked cookies to greet you and, of course, a variety of bourbons to try. There is an excellent array of breakfast options prepared on site by one of the proprietors (Mark). We chose the Hearth room for our 50th anniversary, cozily situated in the original carriage house. All around...a 5+ star experience. Johnny and Cheryl

Amazing little extras like help with your bags, housekeeping during your stay, breakfast to order, always available treats and cordials, hand painted tulips on the dressing table, to an informed tour of the home, made our stay a delightful weekend. The quiet atmosphere amongst a busy suburban setting is a delight. The gardens, the front porch seating, the many sitting areas for games or conversation make this a perfect group destination . Easy access to all parts of Louisville with free and convenient parking on return. Mark makes an excellent breakfast with a choice of pastries and a varied menu. Jeremy is well informed about the area and the history of the home and has a fun sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What a thoughtful Christmas gift from our son!!!!

Four couples related by 50+ years of friendship made the Inn at Woodhaven a memory-making gathering place. Jeremy and Mark deserve “Super Host” awards. Each room is distinctly decorated (sherry to sip), beds like clouds (with ironed pillow slips) and even an easy wi-fi passcode (themed to the location). Oh, and the breakfast part in this B&B??? Ah-mazing!!! From one who rarely eats an egg 🥚 Mark won me over with his oemlet then the quiche. And did I mention the hand baked (by Mark) breakfast breads?
Not known to embellish, this time I am breaking the mold to share our review of the Inn at Woodhaven that broke the mold in the world of B&Bs!
