Enjoyed our anniversary stay (3rd or 4th time). Decorations are neat, amenities are very nice. Bed is quite comfortable. Only complaints I have are need to clean bugs off top of canopy and even though tub looked clean, we felt layer of grit all around middle (so we found some cleaner)

The Inn at Woodhaven is a great stay! Very comfortable, friendly, and clean. Marsha provides many welcoming extras including sherry and snacks in the room. The rooms are decorated very tastefully and breakfast is wonderful. This was our second visit!

Our youngest daughter flew in from Chicago, our middle daughter lives in the area and suggested we stay there. The home was very pretty with lots of history, mainly that it was built in 1852 as a farmhouse . The owner lost his first wife and remarried, he had 20 children so imagine the scene back then. We stayed in... More

We found Inn at Woodhaven thanks to its excellent reviews, but are gratified to say that it exceeds already high expectations. It is a gorgeous Victorian, so that is as it should be - the room we chose, on the ground floor, to avoid stairs, was spacious, comfortable double bed, terrific shower, even a TV tucked in a cupboard, and... The Inn was filled with beautiful objects from the right time period. We were given the top floor which was several thousand square feet. Not needed but it was luxurious. Our hostess was welcoming and there were lots of little things done right, cookies and snacks, bathroom supplies and so on. Breakfast was a delight, almost too many choices. We... More

Just returned home from a three- night girls' getaway to the Louisville, Cincinnati area. We are so happy that we chose the attic suite at the Inn at Woodhaven, Our hostess Rebecca, was standing in for the owner. She was charming and exuded southern hospitality! The amenities from exquisite Victorian furnishings to fabulous breakfasts with plenty of options, to always... More

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful nights for my 50th birthday. We stayed in the Garden Room. Love the tub!! There was a new mattress on the bed. I have back trouble and was a little worried at first. However, the bed was so comfortable. This made our 3rd stay there. Marsha was away on vacation and Rebecca was... More

We only stayed here one night and wished we had more time. While in Louisville we decided to stay in as much as possible just to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed in the top floor attic with our two teen daughters and it was very roomy. Breakfast was wonderful. Marsha's hospitality can't be beat!

Quick summary: Beautiful Inn, friendly service, bad shower head in our room, too dusty in certain places. Now for those of you who like details, my husband and I stayed 2 nights in the Rose Room. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary by staying here and touring the Bourbon Trail. We enjoyed our visit. Most everything was really great... More

I will start off with the positive because this was truly a lovely place. The breakfast was nothing short of fabulous, the owner I believe was Marsha had many varieties to choose from. There was a lady named Jamie, or Jamesha any way she was very attentive and kind the entire stay, housekeeping was the best I've seen at a... More
