Breakfast are two courses and made with organic ingredients and catered to are food allergies. The beds are so comfy and soft. Majestic the innkeeper and her daughter Bre are so warm and welcoming and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Majestic’s knowledge about the local attractions and restaurants are great and I definitely recommend taking her up on the walking tours! Can’t wait to come back again.

Wonderful hospitality!!!, was very knowledgeable, friendly, informative, breakfast was homemade and organic. Majestic the innkeeper was very considerate of my food allergies and restrictions and cooked different breakfast for myself and my girlfriend because I’m lactose and gluten sensitive. She even made special gluten free cookies for me. Which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus we got to relax at night infront of the fireplace while playing a game of chess. We are already planning are next visit.

From the moment we walked in we were treated to the best hospitality we have experienced in years at any bed and breakfast. The Innkeeper Majestic was friendly, knowledgeable, very informative, answered all are questions and gave us recommendations for dinner and local attractions plus some history on the house and neighborhood. The breakfast 😋 was worth the price of the whole stay by itself. Homemade Gluten Free hotbrowns with cheesy potato casserole on the side and chilled tropical pineapple soup with lemon pound cake. Absolutely delicious, we both wish we had more space in our stomachs for more!! Thank you Majestic for making our stay so enjoyable! And for your tiny hostess Bre bringing smiles 😃 too

This is the first time my husband and I visited Louisville for business. We stay here at Central Park bed and breakfast. Our experience has been wonderful and amazing. Majestic, the Innkeeper is so sweet, amazing, friendly. Not only is she friendly but her cooking alone makes you want to book another night. Majestic went above and beyond my expectations and treats each guest like family. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again our next trip to Kentucky.

We had pretty basic expectations for our B&B experience--we really didn't read any reviews, just looked for a nice clean place that had a hot tub. Central Park Bed and Breakfast exceeded our expectations and set the bar high for all future B&B adventures! Everything is perfect. The antique furniture is beautiful and somehow still comfortable. Our bed was soft, and yes, the hot tub in the Rose Garden room is amazing. But what set this one apart was the hostess, Majestic. It was clear from the moment we walked in how much she cares for the home and her guests. Every breakfast was homemade and astounding. Fresh cookies were baked daily. And, she easily and happily accommodated the fact I have a gluten allergy. Be warned that the portions are HUGE and rich. A nice walk across the street in the park was the perfect digestif! We don't often stay at the same place more than once as we like variety, but we would return here next time we are passing through town in a heartbeat.

Central Park is a fabulous B&B in the old part of town. The rooms were very comfortable with amazing amenities. We loved the house and our hostess was more than hospitable with a breakfast you could not believe. She also recommended a fabulous restaurant within walking distance (Bucky’s) that we thoroughly enjoyed. I sound like I’m gushing but it was that good (and I don’t usually write reviews).

Best B&B experience ever! Innkeeper Majestic is awesome. She made us feel at home. 7 rooms in Old Louiville, with private bathrooms, across from Central Park and 2 blocks from St. James Ct. Great breakfast served at 9 AM. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are great. Loaded with antiques. Very quiet and romantic. Highly recommend this Gem in the middle of Victorian home slice of heaven. Southern charm at its best!

Our time at the Central B&B was wonderful! I booked 3 rooms: The Park view, The Central Park, and the Rose Garden suite. All 3 were beautifully decorated, comfortable and had large renovated bathrooms. And, when other rooms were unoccupied, I took a peek and found the remaining rooms to be equally gorgeous! The entire home is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. The home is located in the historic gaslight Victorian home district of Old Louisville. So we spent one morning walking the area to view all the old beautiful homes. There is ample parking, and wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy a happy hour, if desired. The innkeeper was responsive to all of our requests and make the most delicious made-from-scratch breakfasts each morning… so amazing!!! While our primary reason for travel was to visit multiple distilleries on Main St, since our trip was in late October, we also went to the Jack-o-Lantern Spectacular one night (over 5,000 carved pumpkins), and enjoyed the Victorian Ghost Walk another night (a 2 hour tour thru beautiful mansions, gas-lit walkways as fun/spooky “ghosts” recount their stories). We will definitely stay here again, but f rooms are available!

Breakfast is served ONLY at 9:00 am. That’s too late for a tourist town. Also, as nice as our hostess was, she monopolized the conversation at breakfast. The breakfast was wonderful, but the portions were WAY too large. The rooms were beautiful.
