More housekeeping staff need to he fired because there rooms are not getting throughly cleaned in the mist of a pandemic if your find human hairs on bath towels, in the bed on the sheets, on pillows and old makeup on the pillowcases.
This was my first pandemic hotel stay. A business stopover in Louisville right on the heels of the protests downtown meant I didn't want to stay downtown. Despite signs saying "wear a mask," the front desk clerk couldn't be bothered with one. The room felt dated, worn, and sparse. Low resolution TV. A mostly empty refrigerator in their pantry area, so I hope you don't show up hungry for something, anything to eat. Internet speeds were modest at best. Sure feels closer to the quality I'd expect from Country Inn & Suites instead of Sheraton.
Kristen and Tim went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. Their knowledge of the amenities was impressive, and they were genuinely interested in making sure I had a good time. These two employees deserve recognition! My room was really nice as well. If I had to give one suggestion for improvement, it would be top carry Coca Cola products. Thank you!
I’ve never wrote a review but felt the need to thank this front desk team, I stayed 4 days due to a sad occasion. Shawndee & Erica really brightened my trip! They were the best front desk team I have encountered!! The restaurant was extra nice with good food each time! The hotel was clean as was my room!! I recommend this hotel highly! Thank u 4 Points Louisville Airport!
Great check in room was in awesome condition. Erica was super accommodating. I had a wonderful stay. Very clean hotel and restuarant. Seamless check in. This will be my go to for my next Louisville stay.
