Very clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and check out process. Great value and the food was delicious. Everyone associated with my check in and check out process provided extrodinary service. The young lady delivering the room service was also working the restaurant service area. Very nice and luxurious. Although I noticed two tiny brown spots inside the top of my linen blanket. Forgettable, but maybe the dry-cleaners/laundry need to pay more attention? Elite member and was upgraded to concierge lounge. Beds and room is cozy and quiet. The gym is awesome if you like fitness and a indoor pool. The food is amazing amd cocktails are yummi. Enjoyed a apple jolly rancher tini and portabella burger with BrIe cheese omg yummi and tastey.

The hotel looked and felt brand new. The hearth of lingering and mingling was the fire pit just around the corner from the front entrance. There were benches strategically placed out front conducive to conversation. The interior lounges were equally inviting for family to grab a beverage and chat and sip. We stay in this hotel 2 or 3 times a year when my husband is doing business in the area. The hotel is very nice, clean. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is a little small with walk in shower. This hotel has a good staff. The rooms were clean but not perfect each day. The Wi-Fi was a joke, no connection unless you pay. The hotel hit our credit card for the week and caused problems. But a staff member did accommodate one of our rooms. It just seems like they do cheap things for a high line hotel....

I've stayed here on business three times in last 30 days. All of my interactions with staff have been excellent. Angela in the restaurant has provided exceptional service and remembered me each time after my initial stay. Rooms are clean and updated, with shower I wish I had in my home!

What a great location to have a grand whisky show! At night people gathered outside at a fire pit with deck chairs! Great to have a cigar and relax! Nice rooms and the burgers were good at the bar for $10. The rooms were very nice and quiet even with lots of kids as guests.
