My family and I stayed at this hotel for almost 8 months while our house was renovated due to a house fire. It was a great experience. The entire staff was wonderful, from management to desk clerks to maintenance to housekeeping. They just treated us like family and were super efficient whenever we had a concern or request. The hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms were beautiful - updated, clean, well-equipped suites. Housekeeping twice a week, and our housekeeper Julia was the BEST! Once Covid restrictions were lifted a mon/tues/wed social hour resumed, with light dinner and drinks on the house. A beautiful outdoor patio area with a gas firepit and a huge gas grill which we used frequently! A great workout room equipped with elliptical machines, treadmills, and tons of dumbbells. Clean coin operated laundry room. Great breakfast and coffee every day. Our rooms were on the 5th floor facing West and we had spectacular views of the sunset and enjoyed viewing the deer that would emerge every morning and evening from the woods adjoining the parking lot. There are many options for dining within walking distance and Oxmoor Mall is just a short walk as well. Just off the interstate. Thanks to all of you there who took such great care of us: Lena, Chris, Cedric, Lisa, Samantha, Josh, Jerry, Julia, and ANYONE I skipped! You all ROCK!

I was amazed by your customers' services. I woman at the front desk without her way to help us any way she could. Her name was "Samatha" a wonderful employee. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

My wife and stayed there for approximately 50 day during our return from Mexico due to COVID-19. The staff was great however, house keeping was horrible. We only got house keeping twice a week (Tuesdays, Fridays) and they did very little cleaning to my room. I had to complain several time to the front office of the poor cleaning. They sometimes did not clean the shower, put fresh towel in my room, give extra trash bags, and change bed lining. On two occasions the missed cleaning my room completely. The internet was horrible. My wife was working from home and could not do her job, due to the internet speed. She had to use her phone as a hotspot to do her job. At times they would have LARGE groups staying there and not wearing face mask walking up and down the halls and in the common areas..

We stayed at this hotel for a month during house renovations and it was a great experience the entire way through. Originally we though we would only have to be there for a week, but kept extending because we enjoyed it so much. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was new and clean, and our room was very nice with a big kitchen, living room, big bathroom and king bed. We were able to stay there with a 3 yr old and 8 month old, and although things were a little tighter than we were used to, they even enjoyed it. Everything was a breeze from check-in, check-out, breakfast to-go or dine-in, we really enjoyed the entire trip. We're pretty picky too when it comes to hotels, and looked at hotels all over the city but glad we stayed here.

I have congestive heart failure my mom’s on oxygen I called and requested a lower flower that wasn’t far from the lobby. They was able to fulfill my request I recently had heart surgery and I’m on a walker Cedric rolled a cart to my mom so we could unload our belongings. Feola a part of the kitchen staff made us feel at home so nice and friendly. This was our first time out since corona and we enjoyed ourselves. I will definitely be coming back soon for a visit everything was perfect besides our room didn’t get cleaned Friday like it was supposed too. Also we asked for towels rags and toilet paper because the house cleaner left early she didn’t get to order ur room. I called the front desk they apologized and brought us the things we asked for. I highly recommended this hotel I will only stay at residence in from here own out I never knew how nice it actually was. Everything I needed was in the area lots of restaurants and gas stations. Thanks again to the wonderful staff the Female manager extended our night because I wasn’t ready to leave on Friday.
