Rooms as expected. Bland. Need some maintenance. TV remote has issues. It worked partially. AC and water temperature good. No issues. Lots of parking available. Food options are around. Reception was there... But when I called 2x...no answer

Cheap rooms...but you get what you pay for. Check locks, smells, stains, etc. If you don't need much, this'll do. Most of the people were rather nice. Great location, near everything in downtown. Bring earplugs.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was fine. Remember, this isn't the Ritz, it's a budget-minded motel. Sure, it wasn't the most well-maintained place, but I spent less than $100 a night. The room was reasonably clean, even if some trim was missing in the bathroom and the previous occupant was a smoker (ashes in waste bin). The staff was friendly. It's in a great location if you are using the KICC or in town to see a basketball game. Just temper your expectations or be willing to pony up big bucks for the other hotels in the area. I would give 5 stars if not for the backwoods bachelor party staying on the ground floor. Don't be afraid to kick out unruly guests.
