We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful bed and breakfast in the heart of Lexington. Anton was a superb host. His hospitality began before we arrived. He graciously answered my questions and gave recommendations on tours and things to do. He even accommodated an earlier breakfast time for us. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the Bluegrass Suite. Breakfast was delicious all 3 mornings and the coffee and fruit was very good. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

We stayed two nights here during a road trip. The home is immaculacy clean and tastfully decorated. Loved having the parking off street. We stayed in the Headley Room, and we were surprised at how large the room was. The bed was very comfortable. Small fridge was handy for storing leftovers and keeping water cold. Anton is a great chef, the breakfasts he prepared for us each morning were delicious. It was also very convenient to have an elevator in the house as my wife has some trouble with stairs and made getting luggage to our room easy. The location is great, just minutes from downtown Lexington and area attractions. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Excellent home cooked breakfast and coffee in the morning. The owner, Anton, was so sweet and welcoming. Absolutely beautiful property with a very homey feel. Loved eating breakfast with the other guests and getting to know why they were also in Lexington. Excellent little resource binder in the room which explained all the bed and breakfast amenities and local restaurants & attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable overall. Dislikes -- We stayed in the Keeneland Room which had a private bathroom but it was across the hall. (Had to leave our room, enter a shared common area to get to bathroom) It was not super inconvenient, but I wish I would have paid closer attention to this when I booked. The bed was also only a queen and my husband and I would have preferred a king. The bed was not very comfortable and could have used a foam topper or extra cushion.

The house is Lovely. There is ample parking in the rear. It is convenient to downtown. We had a large room with a bath that was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we both slept soundly. Lastly, the breakfast was all that you'd expect from a great B&B
