Updated key system boded well, but entering into the common space in the secondary building was a shock - overwhelmed with old tobacco smells. Fortunately, this did not seep into the rooms. No sheers on the windows, so had to keep the blackout blind pulled down all the time. Bathrooms are small and not particularly well laid out. Rooms are...

Nothing to write home about. They lost my reservation when I arrived early morning but everything was figured out by the end of my stay. Rooms were clean but nothing extraordinary. Be prepared for ambulance sounds at night as this is located very close to the hospital.

We stayed here recently for one night while attending an event at the nearby Rupp Arena. It was OK for the price we paid. I would NOT have been happy if we paid full price. Check in was smooth, bowl of apples at the desk was a nice touch, but as we walked to our room and left an hour...

Arrived for 2 night stay last Friday. Booked our stay with a travel agency due to the "special events" weekend in Lexington, due to the opening of the Keeneland racing meet. Room was large enough, beds & pillows were both comfortable. One of the things that I look for the most in a hotel is plenty of hot water with...

Great location. Everything as expected, except for noise from ambulance sirens all night and check out . Very close to UK hospital so I guess this was expected. Also, could not give me a bill when I checked out. They said to get it through my booking source, which was a travel agency. They said they couldn't even give me...

We were booked at University Inn by the doctor's office for the night before a surgery and did not have to pay out of pocket, so I can't rate the value. However, the room was very nice. Everything was neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and a fluffy duvet. The Samsung TV was crystal...

This hotel is situated across the street from UK. It was extremely convenient to walk or get a ride (due to snow - just a California girl here). Coffee was great in the morning. Rooms are large with a refrigerator and microwave but not a "kitchenette." Staff are really nice and helpful. Slept pretty well in the non-feather environment!

Love staying here when we visit Lexington! It only takes us three minutes to get to our son's dorm room. We stay here every time we come to Lexington. The rooms are large, have all the necessary accommodations such as microwave, refrigerator, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, decent complimentary breakfast, small work out facility. The entire facility is always clean and...

University Inn Hotel was recommended to my father for a pre-admission stay before his admission the next day. Reading previous reviews and knowing I would be close to where my dad was a patient, I called the hotel and spoke to the front desk about accommodations. I stayed in a king room with refrigerator, bar sink, and microwave, within a...
