This us a nice place but we celebrated our wedding night here without ever interacting with a staff member. Yes we had digital key. I had asked if they could do something special for our room upon arrival...nothing. no one at the front when we arrived...we wandered the long hallways looking for an elevator. Finally found one and yet never received a congratulations or ever saw a Hilton employee. Not one. Sad and kind if wished we'd gone elsewhere.

Hotel's Favorite
We just returned from a 3 day trip to Kentucky and stayed at The Campbell House-a nice hotel centrally located in Lexington. The hotel ambiance was wonderful, the staff friendly and helpful, housekeeping did a wonderful job during our stay. We would stay here again in a second! Highly recommend!

I requested a handicap room with roll in shower. I was assigned a room where I had to climb 3 sets of stairs to get into the hotel, then had to walk a very long distance to get to my room. When I tried to connect to their WI FI I was not able to connect. I was told to clean my browsing history and cookies which I did but still was not able to connect. Spoke to manager Logan and asked for a price reduction since I had to use my phone's mobile hot spot to connect to the internet and he refused to make any adjustment.

Unique and beautiful hotel, modern but traditional? Hard to describe but a wonderful experience. Public areas are delightful, rooms are spacious and well equipped, clean, with a bigger TV than I have in my home. Restaurant was fantastic, with a bourbon menu that is extraordinary. Very highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel, it is a historic property that has been updated and modernize over the years. The rooms are big and have great air conditioning, the hallways are very warm and could use some updating. The bed is comfortable and the service is good. It has a good restaurant for dinner but is limited to a coffee stand and snacks for breakfast.

Beautiful Hotel. Great location. Very clean. Service was excellent. Price was reasonable. Love the vibe as it has a traditional elegance, yet casual and friendly. Outdoor porch area made it very inviting.

While the restaurant and conference area of this hotel are beautiful and newly renovated, the rest of the hotel is dated. Our room had been updated with nicer furniture but it was obvious that paint was carelessly put on the walls to cover damage and wear and it looked awful. A hotel with the history and charm of this one would be expected to go the extra mile and do it right. The room was also very small as was the bathroom. For the cost of this hotel it should have been a much nicer experience than it was. We also paid extra to have breakfast included in our stay. This was such a waste! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! There is no hot breakfast. Instead there is a small section beside the bar where you can choose from pastries or have a premade, packaged sandwich heated up. It was not good. And we had $30 credit so bottled waters and chips served as snacks for later. You would be much better off to use that $30 and go to First Watch down the street for a much better breakfast experience!!! Overall, this hotel was way overpriced for what it is. I will say that if we were having an event where our guests were not staying over, I would absolutely consider the conference space because that part is beautiful. But there are many nicer hotels at a lower price point in the area that I would recommend over this one for an overnight stay.

Call to head to book the room and was assured the hotel had an open restaurant and lounge, arrived and was told there was no more available seating for the rest of the night for either. Bathroom had very little room for toiletries.

My husband and I decided to head to Kentucky for a long weekend spent on the Bourbon Trail. The delightful Campbell House was our last stay and it was absolutely a perfect way to end our trip. Our room was extremely spacious (over 400 sf), we were given a $30 food/drink credit - which we used in their very comfortable dining/bar area. The fitness center was spacious, super clean, and the selection was varied. The staff were friendly and accomodating. There was nothing we didn't like about this place...except leaving after only one night!
