Spent two nights at The Campbell House on our recent trip to Lexington. The grounds & building are rather nice with a touch of Lexington history. The hotel is located just outside of town but you can be downtown or to the university rather quickly. Rooms are on the smaller side when compared to modern hotels but nicely done. Some...

Called in advance of visit and talked to Susan. She was overly accommodating in taking care of my specific request on room type and details regarding my arrival. She was there upon my arrival and knew me by name when I got to the property. This property now under the Hilton Curio brand just keeps getting better. Rooms are beautiful...

Thank you for such a wonderful review and for recognizing Susan. I will thank her for a job well done. I couldn't agree more in that this place just keeps getting better. We have several projects in play and more on the way. Our new menus are being well received. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we...

Always stay here while in Lexington. Combines the tradition, beauty and grace of the city. Rooms are clean, well appointed. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Gift shop is chocked full of goodies for the ladies. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. That, combined with affordability, make this a great hotel.

Gorgeous, Historic Property, Best Value in the area. There is a Rite- Aid pharmacy across the street in case you forget anything (like I tend to do) The food and service is fabulous in the restaurant! Make sure you have the Mac-n-Cheese too. This was a great stay!

Hotel was still under renovation so some parts weren't "new" like others. Only complaint I have is the lighting in the room. There were 4 lamps in my room, but even with all 4 lamps on, It was still very dim.

Fantastic experience for my first visit to Lexington! Loved all of the details and touches that bring southern charm into the modern age! Service and staff were beyond friendly and attended to all our needs. The location was perfect for visiting the race track and horse club.

As others have reviewed...need better lighting. A nice older hotel with a good history going thru renovations that should bring it up to speed again. Great location for horse farms and downtown Lexington. Staff very pleasant and hard working. Wish the pool was outside! We'll be back.

Last minute planning to go out of town with the kids for Presidents Day. Found this GEM of a hotel to stay in. LOVED the atmosphere as it has very recently been remodeled. The pool was BEAUTIFUL and didn't smell like chlorine. The restaurant seemed dark (but I did hear the lunch is amazing) and the bar wasn't stocked with...

I booked with the Campbell House because the price was very reasonable for a Saturday night. I used the Hilton Honors app to find, reserve, and check in to the room. (If you don't have it, get it! It's super handy) The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. They gave me information regarding the restaurants, bar, pool, and live...
