We stayed there for a weekend and had a great time. The breakfast was well prepared and tasted great. the room was great and the host's were great too. Will be going back soon. A lot to do in that area of Kentucky.

My wife and I had to go to the Glasgow area to attend a family funeral. We found the 1818 Main St. B&B on trip advisor, read the reviews and decided to book. We were not disappointed. The owner was extremely accommodating and let us check in early so that we could change clothes and go to visiting hours. The...

We spent two nights last weekend. The owners did a really good job restoring this house (used to be a school house, I think). The owners were pleasant and very welcoming. Our room on the second floor was well-appointed, clean and cozy. The decor is rustic, a mix of real antiques and store-bought, rustic-themed items. The bed was comfortable. My...

We read previous reviews which almost made us chose another BandB but I'm so glad we didn't listen to those other reviews because our stay was nothing like others had said theirs was!! My boyfriend and I only stay at B and Bs when we are on vacation, and we absolutely fell in love with this one! I loved all...

This B&B has little to offer when compared to comparably priced motels in the area. It perhaps is relying on its location near the downtown square, but ironically the downtown is pretty much defunct with but one coffee shop open only early in the day and one Japanese restaurant which seems to miraculously survive in the otherwise abandoned area. The...

Sorry your stay was uncomfortable. Our junk store was built in 1810 and happens to be the second oldest home in the city once belonging to Steven Logan ( Abraham Lincolns law partner). Our historic down town square has three clothing stores, a jewelry store, Subway,Historic Plaza Theater, Coffee shop, Japanese restaurant, two antique stores, a Art shop and studio,...

We stayed at Main Street Bed and Breakfast last week. We had first reserved a room at the Grand Victorian Inn in Park City and asked to change to Glasgow so we could visit our cousin who lives there. We liked the easy access to our first floor room and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were glad to have...

Good morning Charles and Anne, Thank you for your note and praises. What a blessing to go to the WKU event, despite the bad storm that passed through. My daughters, Emily & Marie received full scholarships throughout the collegiate years, so I understand the excitement! In answer to your letter, we are aware of bed and breakfast safety standards, thus...

I was in the area for a long weekend to visit Mammoth Cave and wanted to stay somewhere with a bit more character than a traditional hotel. I ended up at the Main Street B&B and selected the Greer Room - it was every bit as adorable in person as the photos online, and my room was very comfortable. The...

My wife and I spent one night at this b and b. We were met by an employee who showed us to our room. We were the only guests staying there that night so it was a little strange to have the whole place to ourselves. We never met the owners but the young lady who met us explained that...

This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast say it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very charming and warm. The staff here is absolutely amazing. We were greeted by Miss Amanda we first arrived and she was wonderful. Since we were the only people here we got a tour of the house. The house is...

My daughter and I booked this inn for our mutual birthdates. We found this B & B online. It was charming with the inside decorated appropriately with furniture of the period yet had modern Heat and Air and updated bathrooms. We paid for 2 nights and 2 breakfasts but only got one breakfast. The manager apologized but that didn't take...

Happy belated birthday! We are sorry but our breakfast is only served at 8:30 in the morning. If otherwise requested, our Inn keeper will do any thing they can to work around your schedule if they are able to do so. Breakfast comes with the room stay. the room price is generally the same with or with out a breakfast....
