Feces in the bathroom. Blood on the sheets. Bedbugs found. Roaches crawling. We left with a partial refund on a 2 nightbooking. Waited weeks for a manager reply for the balance of the refund. Contacted Wyndham corporate. It took weeks to get another partial refund but not in full.

Fortunately, the pest control experts that we employed to complete the thorough inspection following your complaint discovered no evidence of roaches in any of our rooms. This place is a joke! My boyfriend and I booked this place for 5 nights, well we only ended up staying for two days till we just had enough. They advertise free breakfast with your stay went and asked them about it and they said they haven’t done that in a while , then why dose your website say you offer it. they have laundry access for you, which they don’t! No hot water, I took the coldest shower I have ever took in my life they said if you run the water for a bit it will get hot , so I sat here with the water running in the tub for 30 mins to an hour waiting for it to get hot. Our floor is wet from the fridge leaking water. They are pet friendly, they told us over the phone there is a pet fee lg dogs are 20 a night and small dogs are 10 well when we got here they told us that it’s 20 bucks a dogs for each night. …

Advertised continental breakfast not served and hasn’t been for some time even though advertised as available on website; didn’t have a do not disturb sign in the room so told staff on 2 different nights not to disturb room the next day but was disturbed on 3-4 occasions and woken by staff…they finally took a do not disturb sign out of another room after 2 nights

Dirty refrigerator, tissue covered by drapes, stained bed sheets, cigarette burns on tub and bed covers. Forget coffee in your room unless you want decaf. I washed bathroom wall of feces but didn't do trash from floor. No breakfast available as advertised. Barely coffee set up in checking area. Chairs still on tables. "Get me out if here!" Never again to this place!!

The condition of the room was the worst we have ever stayed in. No hot water in the evening. (There was hot water in the morning). Only one set of towels. The blanket and top cover had cigarette burn holes. The toilet seat did not match the toilet bowl beneath it. The carpet looked like it was the original carpet - very stained and dirty. The upholstered lounge chair was stained and dirty, we didn't even want to sit on it. The desk chair was even more stained. One positive thing - the little refrigerator worked well and we appreciated having it to put our food in.

Friendly staff but the room was very grubby with patched walls needing to be painted, a very dirty looking carpet with debris here and there, a non-functional A/C unit, worn out window blinds which would not meet and let sunlight in through the holes in them, cigarette burns in the bedding and a couple of bugs crawling about.

We are local and had been without power for over 24 hours. Like many others in the area, we were looking for a warm place to stay. Unfortunately, every other hotel was booked and Super 8 was our only option. The room was awful. The bathroom door looked like it got caught in the middle of a fight. There were multiple holes in the bedding. There were no towels (although the friendly front desk person delivered some and was the only positive part of our stay). The shower had mold growing around it. The fire detector was missing, which I’m pretty sure was illegal. And the rate they charged us for this dump was robbery.

Worst hotel of any brand I've stayed at in 30 years of business travel. No mirror over the sink (could not shave); zero coat hangers; ceiling over the tub and toilet was very water-stained, and was still dripping water. I was told the hotel was in the process of being renovated - NO-WAY.

The mattresses were bloodstained, the pillows are the size of throw pillows, There was no smoke detector. There was mold behind the toilet. Both lamps were broken and dirty along with the remote and alarm clock being dirty. The curtains were mildewed and stained aint. The sink area smelled like vomit. There was a punch in the bathroom door.. Trash was overflowing in the can outside the entry way. The upstairs hallway smelled of cigarettes and weed. This place should not be open.
