My friend & I travelled to the area for Cincinnati Bengal game. Decided to stay at Marriott because of location, price & I’m a rewards member. We had a late night checkin & received excellent customer service from front desk employee, Mia. Based on my Marriott status we received

Dear Megzstar02, Thank you for your recent visit in conjunction with your company Christmas party. I would like to reiterate our apologies that your vehicle was damaged in a neighboring public parking facility. This is peculiar for our area, and not a normal occurrence. Additionally, I regret that our efforts of providing a contact number for the garage management and offering to assist you with contacting a glass repair company were unsatisfactory to you. While I can understand your frustration with the matter, I am saddened that it impacted your view of the Marriott's service. I hope and trust that the garage management will be able to assist you in filing a claim to repair your window.

Reviews had me concerned and photos were outdated on Marriott website. But space is renovated and quite nice. Not much in the area—had to Uber to a drugstore. But hotel is quite nice and room updated. See photo.

As an Marriott Elite Member, I was upgraded to an upper level room with amenities. I generally receive appropriate treatment at Marriott properties. The Presidential Suite was by far the best I have seen. It alone is a reason to consider this hotel.

The hotel is one of those with a large indoor atrium towards which everything faces. As such there is no fresh air and little natural light. For example the concierge lounge and lobby only face indoors. Even though I had a room facing the water, the river is filthy and hardly

Dear BlackPlace, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments, and I appreciate the opportunity this provides to address your concerns. First and foremost, I regret that the design of our building is not to your taste. We have a number of our guests that marvel at the lobby, and comment on the beauty upon arrival. Additionally, the river provides an ever-changing forefront for the beauty of the Cincinnati skyline, and you may find it to look very different from day to day. In regards to the housekeeping issues that you've raised, we will use that feedback as a training tool to further improve our guest experience. Thanks again for the feedback, and we would welcome the opportunity to host you again should your travels bring you back to the Cincinnati/Covington area.

Is there a hot tub
There is a lap pool which we didn't use, but I don't recall that there was a hot tub. I checked the website under the Fitness heading, and there was not one listed either.

Is that a direct route to the casino or do you have to make a transfer
Good Afternoon, The Jack Casino discontinued service to most area hotels about a year ago. The easiest way to get there is either taxi/Uber or take the Southbank Shuttle (pickup stop right next to the Marriott) and walk up to the Casino. It's safe, simple and reasonably quick. Thank you for your question. We hope this helps!

Does Jack's offer a shuttle from the hotel like the Horseshoe did in the past
No Jack's does not offer a shuttle, but there are options. The South Bank Shuttle picks you up right in front of the hotel. Let me know if you have any further questions. I hope you choose to stay with us. Sabrina Wyatt

Can you see the WEBN Fireworks from any rooms at this Hotel?
Hello, We do have rooms that face the river and have a great view of the fireworks, but not all rooms. We also have a great view from our parking garage as well. So if you stay here you would have a great view of the fireworks. Hope to see you here.
