I am in love with these little cabins. So so cute on the outside. They need some love on the inside but they are almost 100 years old. Personally I would decorate them a little different, BUT I did only pay $50 a night. Totally worth the stay!! We would stay again.

We camped here in a camper. Everything worked great. Place could use some touch up paint, but the grounds were nice and the gentlemen that ran the place was very friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Even invited my boys to look through his fancy telescope. I didn't see inside the cabins, but I... More

This place was amazing in so many ways. It's the best possible combination of the amenities of a budget hotel (we had 2 bedroom plus bath cabin that compared with most motel chains) with the ambience of a park lodge. It's literally on the doorstep of Mammoth Cave NP (less than 2 miles), and is set in the midst of... More

Great little place to stay. Cabins were clean and private. There were grills and fire pits outside to use. Ralph the owner and his dog Harvey were awesome. He brought out his large telescope for everyone and the kids to see the moon, venus, and saturn that night. Will certainly stay here again and recommended it to friends and family.

We stayed for a few days and truly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was clean and comfortable but we also got the sense that we were camping. Each night we had a fire and roasted marshmallows. The other guests were friendly and helped us get our fire started the first night, then stayed to chat for a while. Ralph, the owner,... More

What can I say about this place. It was just wonderful, I didn't want run of the mill chain motel, so I chose Rock Cabin. I was not disappointed. Clean, neat, friendly. Fellow campers were nice. Owner went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home.

Rock Cabins are camping with luxuries. The cabins are very clean and have hot showers and fridge and microwaves. We have been lucky enough to have a huge family/friends gathering for 2 years now. We always have at least 3 cabins and all the camping you can have for 35-50 people. Ralph and his family are the most nicest ,... More

I stayed in cabin 6. It is very small. And kind of out dated. But for a very cheap price you couldnt ask for more. The location to Mammoth Cave is within minutes. The owner Ralph is the nicest man. He brought out his.HUGE telescope and we were able to see Venus, Jupiter, the Moon, and Saturn +its rings!(My fav)... More

The owners of this place are very nice and patient. VERY cute little house. Make sure that you put that A/C on though because it gets pretty hot. It was a very perfect location as well, plenty of restaurants and attractions.

It was a spur of the moment weekend getaway. The owner Ralph called my wife Friday afternoon to tell her of a cancellation and we were on our way. Living in Louisville helped with such short notice since it's only a 1 1/2 hour drive. Anyway.... The place is what it is.... It's camping with air conditioning and television and... More
