Mr. Ralph was great. Super hospitable and took the time to engage with all visitors! He made the stay feel more like an air BNB than a campsite! If you're looking for a cheap place to stay that isn't in the woods this is the place!

We love it here! Have been coming here yearly for the last 6 years or so! Ralph and his wife are fantastic hosts! We always have 35-60 people come from all over the country to celebrate Chad's birthday, this year was the 11th year since he passed away. Great location great prices great hosts great time!

Our group comes in July almost every year. We have a large group and Ralph the owner is always great at accommodating us. I wouldn’t say we are a rowdy bunch but we can be pretty loud and there is never a complaint. We average anywhere between 20-45 participants in our celebration weekend. Definitely a great place for large groups. Ralph is very knowledgeable about the area and can always point ya in the direction of fun. We will continue to come back!

The owner of this place is very nice, but just going into the lobby should have warned me.it's in shambles and very musty smelling. If you have asthma do not stay here. My dog went under the bed and came out covered in cobwebs and some yellow fuzzy balls? the bed squeaked and sank like a hammock. The place looks interesting and quaint from the outside but would need a lot of TLC to be worth the $70 a night. Sorry I would never stay here. On the positive, I did get my money back and stayed at a hotel down the street for less money.

It was very clean, the AC was working wonderfully, and the bathroom was in excellent condition. Could not of asked for better customer service, the owners were very polite and would make sure that you were properly taken care of, nothing was to small and did it with a smile. Would come here again in a heartbeat 😊
