Haven’t even stayed here. We wanted to stay here and went into the “ranger station” to get info. The very rude lady at the customer service desk rolled her eyes when we asked for information. We just wanted a flyer or information. Nothing more. We won’t be staying here. I’ll spend my money where the people are nice.

We have many travelers come in to ask questions about our park. We gladly answer their questions, let them know where to go on the web, give them a map and even let them go into the campground to explore. If you could please email our Guest Services Manager at brandy@jellystonemammothcave.com to give a date and time this happened to address it. Thank you!

Had a great time at Yogi Bear Jellystone Park, Mammoth Cave. So much to do. Just a few miles from Mammoth Cave. a couple miles from Kayak/Canoe rental area. The Park was great for kids. A couple of park areas,Pool, pedal cars, mini golf. We had our four adult children and their family members stay their. The cabins were great, as well as the camper sites.

We went here on recommendations from others stating how great of a place it was. I guess maybe if you bring your own RV it is?. We rented a cabin, and were 100% disappointed the moment we got there. Extremely dirty, stink bugs etc everywhere inside, holes in the screens, the beds were horrible, and the list goes on. For the price we paid each night, we expected MUCH better. We checked out a day early because we couldn't do it anymore. Some of the activities were great, but even with those there was a few where the person doing it didn't even show up, and people were waiting around for nothing. The bingo was fun, scarecrow contest was fun, the rec center was ok, playground ok. If it wasn't for the playgrounds my toddler would've been miserable. Thankful for my tween making friends because she didn't like it otherwise. The trick or treat was the best part... I was told while there it was under new management. Maybe that was the problem? I would not recommend, and we will not return.

We had booked a cabin in this campground as part of our exploration process in a decision whether to purchase an rv. We had gone on an extended vacation down south and this 4 night stay was on our way back home. First the campground seemed like a great place to stay if you had a tent or an rv. Lots of families with little ones... people decorating for Halloween. But staying in the cabin was a whole different experience. It was not cheap... it was a one bedroom cabin that cost a total of $880 for 4 nights. We knew that when we booked ... what we didn't know was how dirty the cabin would be. I had to purchase bug traps .... the tv was about the size of a laptop screen and the 1st night had no batteries in the remote. The fridge was OLD and froze all our food even though we had it on the lowest setting. Not sure even how to describe the couch except to say we didn't dare sit on it. If Jellystone does not want to address any of these issues they should charge less for these cabins.

Hello, Kathleen. Thank you for leaving a review. Please know that this is not to standards and we would have very much liked to address these concerns while you were at the campground. We do have pest control that comes to each cabin monthly as well as when needed. If you would please contact yogi@jellystonemammothcave.com we would like to talk more about your stay and specifically what cabin you stayed in to address all the issues.

Went with little kids. Nothing happened when scheduled. Everything running late or canceled without notice. Really rough facilities, showers, cabins. All activity areas are really run down/broken items. Trash on the beach while employees sit around and smoking weed. Several items “out of order” in store which was really just them doing inventory. Nickel and dime you to death.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience during your stay. Please know that there is always a member of management to address issues or concerns. Management was not aware of any issues with recreation not being at scheduled activities or illegal activities as you mentioned happened. Our staff went above and beyond putting drinks out in the cooler without realizing they were not in the system yet and that is why they were out of order. Again please know we take pride in serving our guests.

Booked 3 nights excited about waterslides and pools. Arrived and found out water slides have been gone a year and only has one pool which gets way too disgustingly packed. Splash. Pad was closed till 245 on a hot Friday. Water Beach obstacle course on website makes It seem included but it's not costs 10$ a person . I do not recommended! So disappointed!

Our waterslide is not longer on site and was last available to campers in 2021. We do not advertise it on our website at jellystonemammothcave.com. Our second pool is under construction as we are working hard to improve every year! The splash pad was closed for a short period of time due to water loss but we were able to open it up quickly. Overall we are very sorry to hear that your experience was not a good one and will continue to do our best to improve.

Terrible customer experience. Bunch of really big gravel in the road, which my son took a huge spill on his bike and ended up fracturing his wrist in two places and dislocating his wrist as well. When told management, they just said kids will be kids, wrote down what happen and promised to call me back to check on my son and to get someone to clean up the rocks at the bottom of the hill. They did not do either of those things. We will not be back, nor will we spend any of our money at other Jellystone camps thanks to the "care" we received and the lack of concern for the campers that camp with them.

This incident happened two months ago and management was not aware of any other issues arising. There will be a member of management reaching out to discuss this more.

We have been staying at the Jellystone Park Mammoth Cave for about a week. It has been amazingly quiet, as we work from the RV. We literally had a neighbor for the first night and ever since then we have been like the lone rangers at site #238. The sites near #238 are concrete pads that are very level and are complete with a grill, recycled material table and a matching loveseat rocking chair. 30amp/50amp full hookup. One downside to #238 is that it FLOODS when it rains, bad. The site sits at the bottom of a hill and a lot of runoff floods Site 238 and 237 as well. See picture. The bathrooms near #238 are individual rooms that have a toilet, sink and shower, including an ADA shower chair. These bathrooms near #238 are newer and always very clean. The bathrooms towards the front of the campground are older and dated. Highly recommend using the updated facilities. There is only one laundry facility that is towards the front of the campground, which is more than adequate for getting the laundry done. There are 5 washers and 6 dryers. Unfortunately, no change machine, however the "Ranger Station" front desk is happy to provide change. Since we work remotely, internet is a must. The campground WiFi is pretty strong but not quite strong enough for regular video meetings, so we opted to use our StarLink. There is ZERO tree coverage for #238 and the surrounding spots. We also checked our Verizon 5g Home Internet and it worked perfectly as well. The staff has been excellent and very accommodating. We have been able to receive packages at the front and they even called when they were delivered, which is a vast difference from some campgrounds. The Ranger Station has a store that sells t-shirts, souvenirs, some food items and even a few RV supplies. There is a snack bar but it has limited hours during the week with a limited menu. We do not travel with children, however we did check out the playground areas. They are newer playsets with rubber mulch. They are scattered throughout the campground, which is very accommodating for those with children. The campground is relatively close to Mammoth Cave and touristy shopping areas. Highly recommend visiting Mammoth Cave for a tour but make sure to check out our review of the tour before heading there. We were also able to do The Lost River Cave boat tour, which is totally worth the 30 minute drive, make sure to check out our review of that as well.

There was no internet. We weren't told until we went up to the ranger station and asked. If we wanted a list of activities or the phone number for the park manager we were supposed to scan a QR code and download an app; there was no internet to do this, though. Although the beds were comfortable, the toilet ran at night and the water line squealed every time it filled. Had to finally turn off the water so we could sleep.

Wonderful campground with A LOT to do for any ages! We stayed a week here with (grandparents and children- ages 2 and 9). Our children spent more than half of their time playing at one of the many playgrounds. The go-carts and jump pillow were a huge hit.
