My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights while participating in a racing event at NCM Motorsports Park, about a 3 minute drive away. Let me start with how clean this hotel is. This is important to me especially in this time of COVID 19. No carpets translates into really clean floors. You can see under the bed and it's clean. Most hotels would just as soon you not look there! They wash all the bed linens, including the bedspread, after every guest. We stayed in one of the smaller suites and still had plenty of room. The shower is fantastic with it's array of shower heads. They are proactive on recycling, provide laundry facilities for free, and have 2 auto charging stations out front. My husband very much enjoyed chatting with the owner while having his fresh coffee prepared every morning at the coffee bar. There is a common area with comfortable seating and a pool table which will probably be used more when we can all gather again. It was great to have the kitchen to cook since we didn't want to go out to eat a lot. We did not have any problems with noise in the hotel but there was significant traffic noise, bring ear plugs. That's really the only negative thing I can say about our stay. This is not a chain. Staying here is a great way to support small local businesses and their rates are very reasonable. Can't wait to stay here again next year !

Our 3 1/2 week stay at the all suites "The Hotel SYNC "was extraordinary! We received amazing personal service as they graciously accommodated our every need! Our 3rd floor suite was in the two year old wing of the hotel; the other wing is only three years older. We were amazed at the large size of the suite, & were impressed with its' cleanliness. It had a living/dining area with breakfast bar, sofa, & coffee table; a full size, fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, stove, fridge, coffee pot; a large bedroom with a very comfortable mattress; lots of natural light coming through large, operable windows; excellent lighting throughout the suite; numerous electrical outlets for all our electronics; a large bathroom with a huge "rain" shower with a great exhaust so the mirror doesn't fog up when the shower is in use; large wastebaskets throughout & a recycling bin; a T.V. in each room; & wonderful housekeeping services. I enjoyed the fresh air while having coffee on our balcony! Complimentary services include: free Wi-Fi, coffee bar in the lobby; use of downstairs washers & dryers along with complimentary laundry detergent. The hotel requires the use of face coverings, & social distancing. We felt very comfortable there & would highly recommend The Hotel SYNC whether you're just passing through, or need an extended stay! It was our home away from home!

We have stayed at the Hotel Sync several times now and have always had an excellent experience. The rooms are spacious and are modern design. The furniture is very comfortable as is the bedding. The bathrooms are large with great features such as the multi head shower which had at least 5 heads in it. The floors are polished concrete which is easy to keep clean and the use of high end materials are throughout the rooms. They have nice towels, bedding and a complete kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. They also offer a complete laundry room with washer and dryer FREE to use. They even supplied the laundry detergent. This was a huge plus for us as we were on a 21 day trip and needed a laundry. They have a coffee bar available every morning where you can get a free coffee or latte. The coffee is fresh ground in front of you and made in a french press, so if you like good coffee there is no need to go to Starbucks. The staff is very helpful and very friendly and often times the owner is at the desk to offer you any help you may need. They also offer several garage bays ( completely enclosed) for an additional charge. Well worth it if you are driving a nice car or just want the extra security. I will always stay here whenever I am going to or through Bowling Green.

I'm trying to find a reason to travel through Bowling Green so I can stay here again. We stopped here for a trip to Mammoth Cave and liked it so much we stayed an extra night. The suite was really like a small apartment with a bedroom and a full kitchen and living area. The lobby area offers laundry facilities and morning coffee made by the desk staffer between his/her other duties. You made need a little patience to get the coffee, but it's good and the staff is great. There are also nearby fast food establishments where you can get coffee and breakfast. The Corvette Museum is across the street. It's a very comfortable place to stay.

This was a unique hotel that looked really cool online plus it had a great price. Booked online and headed that way for a day business trip. Walked in and was greeted quickly. They do things different here and it was a neat change. Here they sit you down and get you registered for your room. Once all that is done they actually take you to your room to make sure you get in and everything is to your liking. Very neat.

Room was plenty big enough for one or two people and clean. Fully kitchen with utensils. Large bedroom with nice bed. TV in both rooms. Large bathroom with big shower. I cannot confirm but the bathroom felt like it had heated floors. I loved this place and will be my hotel of choice here. I wish there was more of them around.

Nice hotel, with amenities not found at others. Garages for those who want to keep their vehicle secure (extra cost) Charging stations for electric cars. Nice rooms with kitchens, quiet, loved the shower. Jets in front shower wall, and rainfall shower head. WIFI was sketchy and we could never figure out how to watch local TV stations. Netflix kept bumping us off stating "No Conncection". Coffee/Latte/Cappuccino's offered in the morning, but employee has to make it per your request, and my hot cappuccino was cold I ended up throwing it away.

Having cut back on my business travel and going to more personal travel I have decided I will not always go with a chain hotel to get points when an interesting option seems likely. This hotel was not a big chain hotel and had great reviews so I tried it. There are two sections to this hotel—one seven years old and two story brick and the two year old contemporary portion that faces the road that I stayed in. I cannot say anything about the older
Portion, I just do not know. What I can describe is my experience in the newer portion which was great. On arrival I checked in and was escorted to my room and all features reviewed. The kitchen was a full kitchen with all you need to cook a complete meal. The bathroom was large and the shower had five different shower heads that was like a stand up hot tub. The living room as a little on the narrow side with a nice couch and TV. The bedroom was king size very comfortable mattress and a
Door leading to a nice balcony overlooking the parking lot and a nice sun view. No pool or hot tub, there is a pool table. No bar or restaurant but there is a 6 am coffee service. There is one on the property until 10 pm and then you can call the owner until the next AM. It was half a mile from the Corvette Museum which I visited and enjoyed. It was three miles from great restaurants downtown. So, I hope you get the picture about different in a great way. The staff were great and I think i met the owner who was very pleasant and professional. This is a place where the room pampers you. The price was amazing for this type of room. I will stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sync Hotel in Bowling Green, KY. The accommodations were so nice and better than anticipated. The room felt like home away from home with the amenities of the kitchenette which was fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, glasses, etc. it even has dish soap and a dishwasher pod. The shower! Omgoodness soooo nice!! The convenience of the optional garage for an additional charge was what had me really drawn to the hotel. So very nice. The manager was personable and when we told the staff our ceiling fan needed adjusting, he came right up personally and adjusted it himself. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Bowling Green.

This hotel try’s hard to be a boutique hotel but flaws short in my opinion. The location is a bit sketchy as it is not at the main Bowling green exit. There are only fast food restaurant options here . You have to drive 5 miles to the main exit for the most selections. The room does have HD televisions but the cable service into the hotel is analog not HD. You are able to stream from you phone in HD if you wish. There is no overhang to protect from the weather while unloading or loading. The lobby is large but dreary with poor lighting. The reception desk is in a private office off the lobby which is kind of strange. The whole place says “ first time in hotel business” . The location is not easily found as the signings is not illuminated at night and the hotel blends with the surroundings somewhat. It is however very convenient to the corvette plant. No breakfast is offered continental or otherwise. They do have free coffee and espresso bar in the morning. There’s is complimentary laundry in the lobby . The laundry room is not closed off from the lobby. The rooms are very clean and large with 12’ + ceilings. The color schemes are dreary , especially the hall to the first floor rooms. The lack of carpet helps to keep it clean but causes sound reverberation issues with the HVAC and the television. I guess that’s why they have. A quiet after 10 policy you have to sign when renting your room. The bed was comfy except is squeaks when you roll over at night. The shower is large and had body jets . The bath in general is nice with plenty of towels . The room has a full kitchen and bar area. The hotel is trying hard but is not quite there as a boutique hotel.
I’m giving it a 3 because of the feeling of dreariness because of the gray concrete floors and poor lighting in the spaces.

I suppose one would call this a boutique hotel, as the design is more like condos than any hotel we've stayed at. Soaring 15 foot ceilings in the suite, ceiling fans in the main room and bedroom, and a full kitchen. The bathroom was wonderful, with spa shower consisting of three heads in the wall, a rain shower head, and hand-held shower wand.

There is a coffee-bar in the morning with French-press, and other types of coffee available. No breakfast, per say, although that morning the owner did provide donuts.
