My husband and I stayed three nights at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. Even though this hotel is located right on the main road, it is quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and fresh towels were delivered each day. Breakfast was not provided but for the price, it was a great deal. This was a very... More

We have stayed here twice this month. We really like the room we have - very quiet. We have a pet and they do not charge extra for the pet. It is convenient for everything. I agree the motel needs a serious update. It us pricey for what you get. But it is clean. Parkingwithin a few feet of your... More

I have never had to write a review like this but this is the cheapest (I don't mean money wise) motel I have ever stayed. It was not handicap friendly, go in and they hadn't turned on the air condition (which is so high in the room, we couldn't read what it said. It was so hot in there we... More

A bit dated, but that's part of the charm. Quiet and clean. Nice view of the park. Having Kurtz Restaurant on property a plus. Convenient to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail distilleries. If you're not looking for fancy amenities, this place is fine. Remember to bring your own shampoo and hair drier.

Yes, somewhat shabby and needs updated mattresses and furniture and yes, there was a musty but not moldy smell some of the time. But Bardstown Parkview was clean and quiet and had a wonderful view of the Stephen Foster State Park. The staff was very polite and helpful. I hope they invest some time and money into updating this place... More

Place needs a total remodel and customer service was very poor. Credit card machine not working, they preferred cash. Receipt was like a bus ticket, huh! Taxes or recycling consciousness? We ate grass because the online presentation was like we were in good hands. Rooms were 'ah'right' considering what we paid on a Kentucky Derby day.

This hotel is nice, quiet, simple, and in a great location for the Kentucky Derby. The staff are quite nice and the hotel is not new, but in a great location. It's near my old Kentucky home and has easy access to Louisville. There is a restaurant on site, but Bardstown is adorable and has other places to eat as... More

The fun started when we first opened the door of the room...musty mildew odor that couldn't be eliminated by an antiquated airconditioner or windows that had been painted shut. The room was filthy; dusty tabletops, soiled carpeting and bathroom tile. The only shelf in the bathroom was unusable because it sloped so bad everything rolled off. The linen was clean,... More

We were looking for a place to spend the night but were not impressed with the chains in the area. We gave this a try and found it acceptable. The tv was small but the selection of channels was above average. We had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. It's an older place but well maintained.

Turning up late in Bardstown this place was recommended as being "it's clean" and they probably had some rooms. It's a 10 minute walk from the town centre. There is plenty of parking in front of the rooms. Paper (not computers) seemed to be the order of the day as we checked in. However, the room's had free wi-fi and... More
