no hot water at all for 3 days, first was put in smoking room after requesting non -smoking and refrigerator had mold in it because it had not been working what appeared to be a long time. When we told them about the hot water they were going to have us shower in a dirty bathroom
Raj the manager is a Crook and a liar! Hopefully he gets fired and other business owners such as myself don’t have to deal with him! Also the kid at the front desk seemed like he wasn’t qualified to Work the front desk. He was more the type that should be behind a desk trying to learn something in school, because the light was on, but no one was home!
I travel a lot and stay in Days Inns, and Super 8 most of the time. I actually am a Wyndham Rewards Platinum member. This is the first bad experience that I have had. I am a government employee, and travel with my Tax exempt forms. I gave the form to the desk when I checked in, he said, “let me copy it.” I told him that as much as I travel I keep a bunch, and he can keep it. When I checked out, the taxes where not removed, and the morning person had not clue how to do it. In my office I will have to do a bunch of extra paperwork for the county clerk because this location wasn’t able to do a very common thing. Additionally, my room was not clean. It was obvious that the comforters on the beds had not been cleaned in sometime. One had a huge coffee stain on it. The other had some sort of a red stain, possibly blood or jelly. I will be in Wichita monthly for the next year, at least. I will not stay at this location again. …
The service was ok location alitttle scary and they only serve cold breakfast so not very likely to stay at this location again rooms were little dirty hair in the tub sinks were dirty floors need vacuumed just not very clean
The room was worth the price I had to pay. I would’ve been better off staying in my car than to have stayed here in this chaotic mess. The rooms were big and had two beds and a tv with cable. However the under blanket had a big ripe in it. It looked like a mouse ate it. The sink had a hair ball in it and was missing the drain plug in both the sink and the tub. The white curtain had stains on it. The hairdryer would not work at all and when examining it I discovered that it was seriously dangerous. I wonder$d why in the world would anyone even plug in this safety hazard. When I was laying on the bed I noticed trash hanging out of the headboard that looked like leftover vending machine trash from a previous guest. There was no alarm clock and no where to plug in my usb android or apple chargers. In the morning at 8:50AM my friend went to get breakfast and the Days Inn employee quickly grabbed all the breakfast foods and put them away before my friend had a chance to get anything. My friend tried to tell the employee but the employee didn’t even acknowledge him and blew him off. When my friend got back to my room he was very angry that he was ignored and was treated so rudely. The hotel has complimentary soap bar and shampoo and lotion... no conditioner, body wash, hair caps, makeup cloth... the toilet paper was average and the toilets flushed well. The walls were thin and you could hear everyone in the hotel. …
