So I checked in. My rooms mini fridge has an annoying buzzing sound. I knew this would bug the heck out of me and I wouldn’t be able to sleep. Sure I could unplug the fridge but I wanted to use it. So I went to the front desk and explained the issue. She looked at me as if there’s nothing she can or will do. So I suggested can she switch my room. Before doing that I asked can we check the new room for a similar problem. Amazingly the fridge in the new room had a buzzing and a clicking noise. Far worst than the first room. At this point I inferred from the front desk clerk that there is nothing to be done and I just have to deal with it. The next two nights were absolutely horrible. I suppose this is what you get with a budget hotel.
So stayed here as a last minute decision. Without any research and at first glance the place was fairly nice. The room seemed clean and well maintained. However when we found a live roach in our bed it was a NO GO for us the rest of the night. We left!
The room is very clean and had all the amenities. It has a large parking space. They also provided me free shuttle ride to the airport. The rooms are large and very refreshing. They have a big courtyard space with many table games. The staff was polite too. They also maintained the property very calm and there are no disturbances. For the price I paid, I got a pretty decent room
This Hotel has been the best place I ever visited due to its ambiance. I travel a lot from north to south and it's been now my regular place to stay in Wichita. The Manager, the staff always receives you with smiling faces and accommodate you with the best rooms. I never faced any issues being with them. Nevertheless, I suggest all my traveling friends to book their stay at this hotel. I would appreciate the Manager and employees for maintaining such huge hotels clean and green.
