From condemned to castle, thIs beautiful 1910 Victorian Guesthouse has been carefully restored by Tony and Ann. If your looking for a quiet place to stay with home style, history and hospitality the Vintage Charm Guesthouse in Waterville is just the place to stay. It's just a short 30 minute drive from the Manhattan Airport on Highway 77 and 30 minute drive from the Beatrice, NE. We're non-resident innkeepers with two locations now. Rent the cabin at 115 E Hazelwood or the Guesthouse at 134 E Hazelwood. (See photos). This is the ideal place to stay whether you're planning a romantic weekend, long term family stays, long term business stays (special rates) or hunting (special rates). We have a newly remodeled kitchen that's fully equipped. We're a family owned and operated business and take great pride in our home cooked cinnamon streusel coffee cake (an old German family recipe). The frigerator is always stocked with fresh eggs, milk, juice and supplies to do the basic cooking that you want to do. Our beds are all queen size pillow-top mattresses with Egyptian cotton sheets. For the adventurous ones, we have kayak's to rent to float down our local Big Blue river. Bring your fishing poles or/and mountain bikes and ride up to Alcove Springs and on to Marysville to the Blue River Rail trail. Call to make reservations for a weekend of fun or relax with a cup of coffee on our large wrap around porch.

We travel to Colorado to see our kids quite often. Staying at Ann's guesthouse is the like home away from place to stop for our halfway point. We can arrive at any time and she has everything all ready to go. Food and drinks in the frigerator, clean house and the most comfortable beds ever. Oh, I almost forgot, her cinnamon struesel coffee cake is the best. We recommend anyone traveling down highway 36 to stay at the Vintage Charm Guesthouse. It's a quiet hidden gem.

Very convenient place to stay close to our work sight. It was nice to sit and relax on the porch with beer and watch the sun set. My work crew really appreciated it. I recommend you checking it out if you're in the area.

We had a great weekend. Our bike tour was adventurous with the snow that had just fallen. Ann had left us with a great breakfast to start our day. We really liked her coffee cake. It is the bomb. We will be back for another trip. Thanks again. Sam Augustine.

Found this little B&B on TripAdvisor and was looking for something close to Blue Rapids, KS as there is a wedding in our future...Well, we decided to stay for my birthday and found that this is a cute, Victorian retreat with many modern day amenities! All for a very reasonable price. As for any "noise" that other travels may have stated, we stayed in the Tuscany Room which is on the top level and we were not bother by anything during our stay. Other than a couple cars driving by in the neighborhood, it was very quite and the community was very welcoming with our stay. The owners do not stay at the B&B but they were reachable by telephone (this was for check out as we were well taken care of). On top of this, they do provide a wonderful breakfast in the morning. It was absolutely delicious! We look forward to staying with them again in the near future!
