If you are looking for a peace and quiet, you just found paradise if you have kids, this is a safe fun filled campground. No camper? Lodging is available. On holiday week ends they have hay rack rides, "train" rides on handmade train cars pulled by a lawn mower, and an awesome historic roller rink which is open Friday evenings,... More

We have been here many times over the last 3 years with family and scout groups. Dale & Betty are a wonderful older couple who really take an interest in their patrons and are very helpful. The kids love the roller skating and mini golf. Really hope that whoever buys it can fix up the few things and keep it... More

Stayed here in my '69 Aristocrat Lo-Liner with a group of women for the Hwy 36 Treasure Hunt. The campground is absolutely beautiful; lots of trees and grass!! The bathrooms could use some updating but I didn't use them anyway; just heard from some of the other gals :-) Sad to hear the current owners are getting ready to sell... More

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days in late July of 2014. Just a marvelous place! Dale and Betty (the owners and caretakers) are just the nicest, most cordial people you could meet. While it is not too far off the highway (couple miles) don't rely on your GPS when you get to those last few miles. Quiet,... More

I hadn't been here for years and camped here over the weekend. This is a beautiful area to camp in with lots of shade! The staff was very friendly. My children enjoyed the skating rink and the miniature golf course. There are several arcade games in the skating rink but I would not recommend playing them as my son was... More

We had an excellent stay for close to five days and kids wanted to stay through another weekend! Roller skating on the old wooden floor roller rink was a hoot! Plenty to do and other patrons were courtious and kind. Highly recommended! Sycamore Springs is an awesome place for youth retreats and scouting as well. We loved the hotel and... More

My family had reservations for a cabin at this place for over a month for a special family reunion and this place gave away one of our cabins a few hours we arrived. We had to spend our first night driving all over and phoning every motel and and inn in that area of rural KS and NE looking for... More
