Great place to enjoy the saltwater lake heated and indoors! Can escape the heat and mosquitoes and enjoy the warm water. Didn't stay at the resort but it looked like a great place to stay Would go back again anytime of year as it was not too busy at all!

Very relaxing floating around in the spa. The lake was obviously colder but still refreshing. The spa itself is somewhat outdated but staff were pleasant and helpful. There was a quaint car booth type farmers market and the locals make a real effort here. The lake is dangerously close to some of the amenities ... Not sure what's causing it.... More

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the soothing mineral waters of Canada's Dead Sea, an experience to be had. Only wish that I had heard of it sooner! Loved the pools with the three different temperatures, my wife said that while in the waters was the Only time that she had felt Truly relaxed. The hotel was clean and the... More

It was our pleasure to visit this Saskatchewan gem. Very friendly front desk and maid. Clean pool and the rest of the hotel and areas. Breakfast has fruits, yogurts to choose from, and more. In few words, good continental breakfast. All staff in the hotel try to make your stay pleasant. Good gift shop for all your needs and gifts.... More

My wife and I spent three nights at the Manitou Springs Resort and Mineral Spa in July 2016. We both really enjoyed the uniqueness of this mineral lake and spa in the middle of Saskatchewan. At $165/night for a huge room with a king size bed, decent breakfast buffet and admission to the adjoining mineral pool this is a very... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and your praise. As our lake water levels are certainly high, it should not affect the established beach area, and the businesses on the lake front in the future. I hope to see you here again soon! More

We stayed as family at this hotel, mainly to enjoy the mineral pool. It had been almost two decades since I had stayed, and the updates to the facility are evident. Rooms are spacious with relatively new carpet and bathrooms fixtures. Rooms did smell musty, unsure if carpets had been recently cleaned or if HVAC brings in wet air. Elevators... More

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the internet being down, as it was caused by a power failure and a technician could not come to replace the equipment until after you had left. I can assure you that our internet works very well 99% of the time, so please take the time to come visit us again. More

We did not stay at the hotel. Just went to the springs. Locker rooms were dirty. While lifeguards were on duty they weren't paying attention. Lots of kids jumping in. Few chairs available. I can say I went but don't think I would go again.

Thank you for taking the time to review. We have recently implemented a policy to clean the change rooms much more frequently during our busier times, so please try us again in the future. As you can see from many of the other reviews, we are often praised for how clean they are. We have a lot of chairs and... More

We ended up at Manitou Springs Resort as we wanted to experience the lake and its minerals. The power was off in the town as we arrived but the staff was great! The rooms are very good, and the spa, which you get free access to during your entire stay, is pretty cool. You also get a good hot breakfast... More

We truly enjoyed this little resort town. The hotel is very nice, stayed in a lake front room.food was terrific, staff very friendly. The mineral pool at first looks horrible( brown water) however once you float around and feel how silky smooth your skin is, it was worth it! My only complaint was the noise from the bar across the... More

Thank you for your review, and your honest comments. There are times when the bar across the street creates too much noise for a few select hotel rooms of ours, and I am sorry for that. Please come back to visit us again soon. More

We now have a Himalayan Salt Lamp from the Himalayan Salt Mines! We bought ours at the Manitou Springs Hotel Gift Shop where we spent an evening soaking in the mineral springs pool! We can change the colour of our salt lamp by replacing the bulb with any colour bulb there is. The food and service at the hotel was... More

Thank you for your review. We receive a lot of positive comments on how relaxing our indoor mineral pool is, and how good of a sleep our guests get on our hotel beds as a result. I am glad you had an opportunity to enjoy a stress free vacation while here at the Resort. More
