The Hyatt was located for very easy access and near many restaurants and shopping. The staff was great, super easy check-in and check-out. The breakfast offered variety and with perfect hours of availability. The hotel is a bit older and as such the carpet in the room appeared quite used and worn, so take slippers. The bed was comfortable and the room well lit. Overall the 2 day stay was comfortable and very pleasant. Will stay again and would recommend.

Outdated rooms and woke up with bites on me and couldn't stop scratching. My husband also woke up with a bite on his neck. Dirty room and stiff curtains. Shower was crappy also the restroom was ridiculously small. Outdated outlets so only 1 worked with was a portable outlet. Phone outlet was ripped out the wall and laying exposed with other loose wires and screws.

It was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Beds are a little hard for me and the pillows were awful but that's standard at most hotels. So bring your own pillows. Did not do breakfast because it wasn't included.

The staff were fantastic, the place was clean. Only negative I can say about this place is the elevator was slow and only one was working. Overall greatly satisfied and I’ll be using this when coming up to KC

I plan on coming back later in the month and staying at this same location. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming. My only complaint is that the rooms need to be updated as well as the showers. I was looking forward to a bath tub and there wasn’t one.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were fairly updated. However, the light switches on the wall sconces would not turn on unless you did it just a certain way. No fitted sheet for the pullout bed. A dirty pair of socks was left by the people before us. It makes me question how much the room was actually cleaned. But the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were super kind.

Great place to stay. Nice and clean room. Very organize staff and front desk staff. I will stay in this hotel again. I really like the breakfast and bar at night. I didn't see any negative point in this hotel Thanks.

Very Very pleased when we walked in to the lobby - upscale lobby, lovely room and completely comfortable The staff was top notch. We complemented the front desk on the nice facility and were told its going to be remodeled It doesn’t need to be! We had our little dog with us and never expected all this for such an affordable rate.

I stayed here with my spouse. I wound stay again. The price was good for it being a Hyatt. I have stayed at Hyatt’s that were way more for the same amenities. I look forward to seeing the renovations.

No issues with the hotel. Staff were friendly. Everything was ok, but regrettably my car was vandalized on the last night of my stay. Catalytic converter was cut off the car and hotel said there were no cameras. This kind of thing shouldn't happen. Hotel should provide lighting and security adequate to protect vehicles from this type of crime.
