1. When we arrived to the hotel it was 10:30pm. I was told that our room was not ready yet and was asked to wait. This was at 10:30pm! What kind of hotel doesn’t have a room ready at 10:30pm? 2. When it came to breakfast time, we waited for 1hr and never got our food. We were told that our order never went through. We ended up leaving because my son had a scheduled soccer game. My son ended up playing on an empty stomach. 3. There was no hot water in our room. We all took ice cold water showers. Overall, it was a disappointment. Hilton hotel chain didn’t live up to its name.

Clean property. I would stay here again ! Spacious rooms and professional lobby. I enjoyed the safe location of the hotel. The parking lot is well lit and clean. Very close to shopping, dining, and services. Staff was receptive and professional.

If you like cold showers this is the place to be…. I called the front desk and was told that no one had said anything yet! Really!?! It was sold out and not one single person said anything by 8:30 in the morning.

This hotel was a dream after my horrible experience the week before at a HGI in San Antonio. It is a little old and the hallway carpets are pretty ragged but overall it was great! I went straight from the airport to the hotel to ask if they would hold my luggage. The front desk asked my name and told me the room was ready and I was welcome to take it to the room - this was 9:30am. When asked if I had stayed there before I confirmed and made the comment I sure miss the cookies they use to make every evening - the oatmeal/cranberry! I returned to the room Monday evening and there was a plate of cookies and a welcome card sitting on the desk - not the oatmeal/cranberry :( but still very good and very kind of the staff. Housekeeping showed up everyday! The refrigerator didn't freeze/ruin all my food! No road noise and the bed was comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. My 2 wishes would be more Diamond Parking spaces - very small parking lot and a sleep timer on the tv remote. I will absolutely stay here again with each visit to Kansas agency.…

Hilton Diamond. Had issues with restaurant not being open as advertised, etc. which is a challenge when traveling alone without a vehicle. I give credit to managers Amor & Tyler eventually responding admirably. Due to their professionalism, I will stay at this hotel again.

Room was quite spacious. Staff was quite friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and bar were not open during our stay (Thursday-Saturday), which is part of why we picked this hotel. Pool was not very well heated. Hot tub not functioning.

This hotelnshould be used as an example as how not to run a hotel. Rooms poorly kept. Old linens. Musty smell. Mold in bathroom tiles. The employees could care less of anything. Could not wait to get out if there. I do not recommend staying here.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent and we will stay here again when we next we go back to Overland Park. One night we had leftovers and the woman at the front desk immediately got me some silverware.
