5/5 The suites were large and very well appointed. The pool was delightful to swim in and the group dining room very attractive. The front desk staff were very courteous. Two areas to improve on: 1. Make clear the housekeeping policy. If I want daily housekeeping I should ask once and get it daily. I had to ask each day and the first day (June 5 am), they didn't make up the room. If the hotel is perennially short for a time of help, better to tell guests that housekeeping is not available then to promise and not keep it. 2. On June 8th morning, the kitchen help came late leaving it to the front desk agent to take care of her duties plus putting out breakfast. While the breakfast selections are good, on June 8, the sandwiches and the coffee were cold until the kitchen help came in late…

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly andhelpful. Very nice breakfast. We stayed in the two bedroom suite, it is very comfortable. If you plan to cook in the suite they have the barest of bones supplies,but if you are creative you can cut up your veggies. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff, facility and location with easy access to KC metroplex. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms that surround a courtyard. Outdoor area includes a swimming pool, basketball court, bbq grills and seating.

The staff is first rate! Everyone is always professional and ready to do whatever it takes to make your stay perfect. I've stayed at this property every week since the first of the year and I always felt like I was home. We made it a joke when I walked in and said "I'm home!" Seriously top notch place!

We went on a family trip to Kansas City which we do about once a year, and this time decided to stay here instead of Great Wolf Lodge since we were gonna do some exploring on the city this time. The room was nice a spacious with a fireplace. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. Only one complaint it seems as the foam padding under the tub was wearing out. The tub squeezed and groaned during showers even for my son who is 60 pounds soaking wet. You can’t stay at a hotel with suites normally very cheaply, but for $450 bucks with breakfast included for 3 nights was very affordable.

Great stay, Nice suite. Clean, roomy, relaxing. Good selection of channels on the flat screen tvs, both in the living room and the bedroom. Nice shower.Made use of the business center to print out a document. Breakfasts were good too. Will stay again.

The Homewood Suites is a very nice property with spacious suites and a full kitchen. The bedroom is larger than other suites I have stayed in. There is a great breakfast served in the lobby area; eggs, pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy. There is also oatmeal and three types on juices. I would highly recommend staying here.
