I am one of the least picky people, and I gotta say this was won of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at! I gave them one star because the girls working last night 10/17/2022 were great. Very friendly. Everything else was horrible. I am here for training this week. I stayed one night and decided that was enough! Elevators are so slow and bumpy. The room was absolutely disgusting. Little hairs on bed, in sink, and long hairs on bed sheet and on bathroom floor, crumbs and other debris under the mattress as if they barely cleaned the bed. There was a disgusting smell and the carpet even looked dirty. Bathroom is so outdated and dirty. Needs painted, shower nobb fell off in my hand, tray for inside the refrigerator snapped off, stuffy room. Remote control was just covered in dust. Then this morning I had to pack up all my stuff, and reload it which was a pain. Then when I explain to the front two women (both African American heavy set) if needing a description were both so unfriendly and rude!! No smile, no apology, then they whispering… I heard one say should I just make it right? Then other says no because it’s on his company so who cares. They gave me my receipt, made me pay for last night and didn’t say have a good day just handed to me and walked away. Place is horrible and needs a full makeover. So outdated. And staff in morning need to check their attitudes. I didn’t see them smile at one guest. Very very frustrating experience Don’t Stay Here!!!! I warn you now. …

The room was clean and comfortable, the serice from the staff was exceptional with requests for room locations and late checkout. Throughout the stay they inquired how things were going and accommodated any/all requests we had. Overall exceptional customer service which is hard to come by!

Michell at front desk friendliest customer service rep ever. Sabrina behind the scene made sure all needs where met via text. Great bartenders and very clean rooms Provided extra towels and coffee upon requests would stay here again when opportunity presents itself

There’s old goldfish crackers, dirty tissues balled up, plastic, dead bugs, pills, plastic wrappers, and copious amounts of dust and dirt next to both beds by the nightstands. Either the maid service is incredibly lazy, or this place has low standards. Disgusting and unacceptable. The fridge door is also broken, and the tub does not properly drain. I can also hear the person in the room next to me peeing as I’m writing this. Thin walls. I’m appalled.

Everything was fine here. We did it use the breakfast bar or the complimentary bar. We just slept. All was good. Except…there was no sheet between me and the comforter, Everything was clean so it wasn’t a huge deal. Staff was professional and friendly. I will stay here again.

I stayed there during June of this year for a reunion of Marines. They have four elevators. Two had signs on them that said "out of order", the other two worked intermittently, even trapping some of our members between floors. The safety inspection certificates posed indicated that they were two years past due for reinspection. UNSAFE PRACTICES. The swimming pool water chemistry was out of whack. I stayed in the pool less than a minute as I perceived it to be unsanitary.

We used to stay often at this location a few years ago, and loved it. We stayed here a few weeks ago over a weekend, and it was pretty disappointing compared to what it used to be. When we checked in the first evening, we noticed we did not have a shower curtain. We were told (very rudely) that they could not get us a curtain until the next day since there was no maintenance person on staff. I went to the counter the next morning, and was told it would be taken care of, but it was not and required yet another conversation and a threat to take a shower w/o a curtain to get it done. Every time any of our group asked for extra towels (had rooms with 4 people but 3 bath towels), we were addressed very rudely. Again, since there was no maintenance person on staff, they couldn't get us towels. We had people in our group have people walk in on them, as they already had the room but the room was given to someone else late at night. Pretty scary situation. We were told when we checked in that we could not add our Hilton Honors number. Next day, asked someone else and it was taken care of. Every time we tried to address situations onsite, we were told there was not a manager on site so there was no one to talk to.…

I loved my weekend getaway. My room was very clean. I would suggest that they get rid of the carpet and clean the pool. There was no chlorine running. The hot tub was not clean either. I truly enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and the staff made me feel welcome

I enjoyed my stay with this hotel. I only stayed for a night but everything was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The elevators are a bit slow but if you plan for it, it’s just a minor inconvenience.

When I'm in the area for business I always choose the DoubleTree. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Bonus is the warm cookie of course. I like the ease of booking on the app as well as being able to check in early and the digital key option.
