I stayed at Mission Woodspring suites for 9 nights even though I paid for 10 nights. On the 10th night I got back from work and was locked out of my room, I went to the desk and told them my key needed to be reactivated and they said they locked me out until I paid my bill of $50.87, I asked what this bill was for because I have a receipt showing I paid for my full stay at check in. I did not use WiFi during my stay or anything extra. The lady at the desk could not tell me what this charge was for, she called the manager and even the manager could not give me an explanation but said They will not let me back in the room that I paid for until I pay this bogus charge. I refused to pay and they told me I had to leave. They could not provide any type of explanation for anything. Seems like a bunch of scam artists run this hotel. Will never stay here again or recommend.

A family member was hospitalized at the Kansas University Medical Center for heart/lung transplant and we live over 400 miles away. We were in search of an extended stay hotel that was inexpensive and with easy access to KU Hospital. The property is accurately described. I also want to point out that the kitchen facilities were above average. Most extended stay hotels have a small refrigerator, cheap stove, etc. Pleasantly surprised with the full size refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, microwave, amble cabinet and counter space. Decent size flat screen tv, too. I do not need free breakfast, aka donut, with my own in-room kitchen. Free WiFi too. The best part belongs to the staff. Particularly, Ken Chris. Thanks, Ken

This property is owned by DC Hospitality. The WORSE extended stay I have ever been in. Rude, illegal activity on premises that I have personally witnessed, bugs all over my room, flooded on two occasions. Staff could care less.
