This is the closest Hampton to where I live, I have sent my sales people here, when I needed to be close so I could pick them up. I never had a need to stay here until recently when a winter storm knocked out power to my house. I was please to see that the place had remodeled

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn before without any issues. Therefore, I was surprised by our experience this time around. The recent renovation made the building and rooms look quite nice, but that's where the quality ended. The mattress was about as comfortable as a couch

Stayed here a couple days ago front staff was rude food was bad and rooms were dirty food still in fridge. Hair in bathroom and pool was green and smells like lake water. Addressed that to front seat and was told they couldn't do anything about it until they get more staff then

Can anyone tell me how far this hotel is from the airport?
Hi! Thank you for reaching out to me. The Airport is about 30 minutes north of us. They do provide Shuttle Service, the cost is roughly around $50.00. However it is easier to rent a car if you need to. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact the hotel. Thank you,

"Stay in the center of the hotel to avoid traffic noise in front and train noise in back"
"Construction is still happening on the second floor, so ask for the fourth floor."
"Rooms on the south side have a little better view. Rooms nearer to the office usually have a better Wifi reception."
